The best user experience. I haven't found a better one in 10 years.
What do you like best about the product?
Fast, excellent online interface and application, nice user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit more expensive than its competitors, but not without reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With other cloud providers, I often have a problem with slow synchronization. With Dropbox, the synchronization always runs immediately and I have never experienced such anomalies as, for example, with Google Drive.

Easy access to files from anywhere. Nice format and product. Affordable.

No downsides! Overall, DropBox is reliable, safe, easy storage for all your important files.

I know I can access files from anywhere and they're always safe and won't be deleted.

There are difficulties in providing the information to separate Dropbox save files.

Sharing information in a timely manner, is of the utmost importance in my industry

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can organize all of my clients files. They allowed me to be completely paperless. When my clients leave, i can provide them with a complete copy of their file electronically.

I don't have any complaints. That's why I've been a customer for 11 years.

Helps me to keep all of my client files organized.

I appreciate being able to access my files anywhere and the fact that the sync is nearly instantaneous! Really helpful for backing up data and keeping it safe!

Dropbox made my workflow easy
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox desktop app is the best invention. I can sync / grab my files from my laptop, mobile, and anywhere and it auto syncs!

Sometimes the website version is hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps storing my my files safely and I can access them from anywhere!

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dropbox on and off for years. It wasn't until recenlty with all of my brands coming together, I was relying on external drives until the unthinkable happened. Granted I did not lose all my files but it lead to me to pay for Dropbox services and it's the best decision I ever made. I juse Dropbox everyday. The app makes it super easy to drop files. I can drop files into my app when creating small video files and pick them right up from my computer to integrates those files into my drive and be able to create vidoes. Dropbox is extremely easy to use and very user friendly. You can set up folders for each project, you can easily delete files not needed, especially if you have a limited number of gigs to use, you can easily move files from one folder to another. And the best part, you can share links for a specific file, never having to compromise the entire folder. Dropbox has truly saved my files and how I run my business. I love it! Thank you for making everything so effectively easy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My files are available in the palm of my hand. If I am writing an article or a script for my next blog and I'm not going to use my laptop, I can upload my files to Dropbox - proofread my work, make any corrections, save as a revision and access from my laptop.
The fear of losing anything has subsided tremondously. The hard work I put into my designs and my writing is top priority and to lose it because my drive acts up isn't something productive for me.

Dropbox is living in the future
What do you like best about the product?
I love Dropbox, I am opening a restaurant and I'm able to go to FedEx and use my Dropbox to log into the self-help kiosk printers and print all my plans, training material etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I'm doing something wrong but my photos from my iPhone get save in HEIC format which I need to convert to Jpeg
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am opening a restaurant I'm taking photos of the restaurant for the franchisor and project manager and I 'm able to send a Dropbox link as the folder is too big to send via email
