Essential for Realtors: Keeps My Business Organized and Accessible Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
As a full time Realtor, I use Dropbox every single day to stay organized. It’s become the backbone of my digital filing system — I have folders for current clients, past clients, and even potential leads. Everything is clearly labeled and easy to find, which saves me so much time when I’m on the go.What I love most is the flexibility. I can access my files anywhere: from my laptop in the office, my phone in the field, or even offline during showings. It keeps my business running smoothly and helps me serve my clients more efficiently. I honestly don’t know how I’d manage my paperwork and contracts without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor downside is that large files (like listing photos or videos) can take a bit longer to sync, but overall it runs very smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to keep my files accessible and easily organized. This is important during escrow when docs are needed by multiple sources.
Useful but could cost less
What do you like best about the product?
That I can use it for cloud backup of working files by leaving projects inside the Dropbox folder, this also allows me to very quickly share files as I’m working on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a solo business person, who is semi retired, the cost is a concern when I don’t use a large number of the features available.

Effortless File Uploads, But Photo Privacy Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Droppox is the ease of use - specifically when uploading files from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Dropbox is how photos are pushed so heavily. I have some private photos and documents in Dropbox and I never really know if things will show up in my recent files that I want to share with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's incredibly simple to share folders with collaborators, and this ensures that all our files are stored together in a shared, easily accessible location.
Seamless Sync Across Devices, But Upgrade Costs Hold Me Back

Everything is always synced and easy to find across multiple devices. It's also easy to share links with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of larger boxes keeps me from upgrading.

Effortless Video Sharing and Storage with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of setting up Dropbox and how smoothly it operates. Despite not being extremely tech-savvy, I find it quite easy to use without any difficulty or frustration. I appreciate how it saves all my videos effortlessly, and I'm really grateful for its ability to provide a link for large video files, ensuring they are easily shareable via email or text no matter how long they are. The vast storage capacity is another highlight that I find useful, as it allows me to save numerous videos without any space concerns. The convenience and utility Dropbox offers are indispensable to me, especially for my product review videos, making it an important tool in earning extra income. Its features justify my continued subscription, compelling me to recommend it highly to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess even more affordable even though it really is reasonable, but, like, maybe a longer period of time for the money it asked the cost monthly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to easily share large product review videos via links, overcoming email size limits effortlessly. It saves all my videos, offering ample storage and a straightforward setup, which is invaluable for my video-based work.
Reliable Storage for Cherished Family Memories
What do you like best about the product?
I truly value Dropbox for its ability to securely store important family files, ensuring that they are easily accessible to younger extended family members and even research historians who might want to explore them. This safeguard is particularly meaningful as it includes digital versions of 16mm films taken by my dad during World War II, preserving these cherished memories for future generations to enjoy. This ease of access, coupled with the ability to set up or guide others through the retrieval process, offers immense peace of mind knowing that valuable heritage is preserved and shared effortlessly. Moreover, integrating Dropbox with Gmail-related software apps enhances its utility within my workflow. Given these benefits, I would have no hesitation to purchase Dropbox again if needed, reflecting my high level of satisfaction with the service. This strong satisfaction is reflected in my willingness to recommend Dropbox with a rating of 9.5 out of 10.

Nothing comes to mind

Effortlessly Handles Large Files, Minor Usability Improvements Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for about four to five years, primarily as an architect and artist. I appreciate Dropbox's ability to transmit large files such as architectural drawings and PDFs, which are often too large for standard email, making my workflow much smoother. This functionality is especially helpful for sending content to clients and contractors. Additionally, in my artistic work, I frequently send videos and movies to models and others, and Dropbox handles these large files efficiently. The setup process was relatively easy, which was a relief, and I have been able to integrate Dropbox with software like Keynote and a CAD program called Chief Architect on my Mac computer. These integrations work quite well for my needs. I also find the feature of receiving feedback from recipients through Dropbox transfers particularly useful, especially when dealing with time-sensitive content. Dropbox's reliability and additional features make it a tried and true solution, and I would certainly recommend buying it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the specialized services like the transfer feature can be a bit tricky to find in the menu. It would be beneficial if it were made a little clearer and more user-friendly. Additionally, when I send files to recipients who do not have Dropbox, they often face reluctance to start using it or encounter difficulty accessing all the information. Simplifying this process for users who do not already have Dropbox would certainly help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to send large drawings, PDFs, and videos, which are too big for email, efficiently to clients and contractors. It's been very helpful for sharing artistic and professional work, facilitating seamless transfer of large documents and receiving feedback easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the transcribe feature was also available in the app version and not just the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
