Easy transition from phone to computer
What do you like best about the product?
I have Dropbox on my phone and computer and it makes it so simple to transfer files from my android to my Mac. time

Just wish we could have it on more devices at one

Hard to edit existing data. The entered items often need to be cganged.

What I like most about Dropbox is having shared folders with friends, family, and coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least is the little free space it provides. Sure, you can buy more, but if there was more free space, I think more people would use Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me solve the problem of sharing information with others. I no longer have to send emails every time I modify a document or file, but I have it in a shared folder in the clouds, and everyone I want to share it with has access to it.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an affordable tool to organize all of your documents and files into one location for easy access from any location and on any device. I use it daily for work, church, personal, and volunteer work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a long customer, it would be nice if Dropbox offered more incentives. There's also a glitch from time to time with Microsoft products.

It enables me to access my work files from any location at all times.

I have been using dropbox for years since a free version was available.
I have had multiple platforms using my account and can easily many synce folders.
Multiple samsung galaxy phones have been used successfully with the latest being the s23 ultra.
Currently 2 Windows 11 systems, 1 Windows 10, and 2 Linux Mint PCs.
I used windows 7 for a senior project in computer engineering that was using an Ubuntu virtual machine.
It was easier to use dropbox to sync folders accress the virtual machine to the host machine then to manage shared folders.

Collaboration with other students back in colledge was. We had developed technical documention set and used dropbox to manage.
The Easy way to back up your files
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a tool easy to use, you just need to move the file to the local folder on your computer and automatically they synchronize to the cloud. Also, you can share the files just making one click and manage the permissions for the files

The free version has too little space, more GB would be nice for non-business users

I'm a YouTube content creator, so I must share some files and projects with my audience. I use Dropbox to share all files on my channel with the users that follow me. It's a easy and secure way to share files
Holds Everything I Hold Dear
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the home for everything for me. I don't use any document file storage on my computer, I just install Dropbox and everything is there. I don't have to email various versions, it's just there. Additionally, and this is a biggie, unlike other cloud-based, use anywhere apps (I'm looking at you Pages and Google Docs) I never have to worry about it ganking up my formatting. However I set up a document/spreadsheet/whatever, is how it stays set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I get a little lost with the online version, but that's most likely operator error as I haven't taken the time to go through tutorials, etc. as I just don't use it that much.

Everything is in one place and everyone can find it easily

Files can be accessed and edited by multiple users around the world. Security with Dropbox offers us peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storage capacities can be more. Right now the storage offered by DropBox plans are a little expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple users can access the files from different locations at the same time. Our work needs that 32 people from 17 different countries and 30 different locations needs to make changes simultaneously and without Dropbox that would have been a nightmare. This makes my life, as one of the users, easy.
