Effortless File Management and Sharing That Keeps Content Organized
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Dropbox is how easy it makes managing content. As a social media manager and content creator, I can quickly store, access, and share files with clients and team members without any hassle. It keeps everything organized and saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Dropbox is that the storage fills up quickly on lower plans, especially when working with large video and design files. Syncing can also be slow at times. File version history is limited unless you’re on a higher plan, which can be frustrating when managing multiple content revisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Dropbox, I struggled with scattered files and slow content sharing, which made collaboration harder. We struggled with managing and sharing multiple content files, but now we can store everything in one place and share links instantly, which has resulted in smoother workflows and faster approvals. Overall, it saves me about 1 hour per week and helps me meet deadlines more easily.

Easy Daily File Storage with Smooth Monday.com Integration
What do you like best about the product?
It does exactly what I want it to do: store files and give me options for folders, different file types, etc. I use it every day and it's also easy to use with task management platforms like Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search functionality doesn't return the results I want, but that can sometimes be the result of lots of files that fit the criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem solved is a ton of files to store and the need to get to them quickly and easily.
Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Interface with Strong Encryption for Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, and the drag-and-drop features make it simple to manage files. The encryption is also great for data compliance. I also like that documents can be edited directly in Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is quite dear as you move up plans compared to some of the alternatives. The free version only equips you with 2gb of storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can store files online and collaborate on them with other members of our team, which is much easier than having to email updated versions back and forth.
Easy Anywhere Access and a Smooth Upload Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the upload feature, and I appreciated how easy it was to access from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little high for the monthly subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don’t need to store our data locally anymore. We can upload it to Dropbox and access it from anywhere, which makes things a lot more convenient.
Seamless, Reliable Syncing with a Clean Interface and Peace-of-Mind File Recovery
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is how seamless and reliable the file syncing is across devices. Whether I’m on my laptop, phone, or tablet, my files are always up to date. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and sharing files or folders with others takes just a few clicks. I also appreciate features like file version history and file recovery, which give peace of mind when collaborating or making changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the pricing, especially if you need more storage space. Free storage is quite limited compared to some competitors. Occasionally, large file uploads can take longer than expected, and managing shared folders with many collaborators can become a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of accessing and sharing files across multiple devices and team members without relying on email attachments or USB drives. It keeps everything centralized and automatically backed up. This benefits me by saving time, reducing the risk of losing important files, and making collaboration much more efficient. It allows me to work from anywhere while staying organized and productive.
Reliable File Sharing and Syncing, but Pricing Needs More Flexible Mid-Tier Plans
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Dropbox for file storage and team collaboration, and it’s been extremely reliable. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to share files with both internal team members and external partners, without any complications.
Syncing is smooth across all devices, and I rarely run into versioning issues. It’s especially helpful when multiple people are working on the same document at the same time.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can feel a bit high, especially for a small team or an individual user. Once you start needing more storage, the jump between plans is pretty noticeable. It would be great to have more flexible mid-tier options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has helped us solve the problem of scattered files and version confusion within our team. Before, we were sending files back and forth over email or WhatsApp, which often created multiple versions of the same document and made it unclear which one was final. With Dropbox, everything lives in one shared space, so everyone can access the same files and work on the latest version.
As a result, we’ve saved time and cut down on miscommunication. It’s also made onboarding new team members much easier, because all the documents are already organized in clearly labeled folders.

Dropbox.. a simpler way to send files
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send so many files over and it simplifies my processes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike about dropbox that I was not able to pay for a business account and it wasn't clear that I had the option for a personal one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems it is solving that I can send bulk files that gmail just wasn't allowing me to send. So it has made my life easier.
Easy Cloud Storage and Access Across Devices
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to store files, photos, and videos in the cloud, and I can access them easily from different devices. It’s a real lifesaver compared with hectic file transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only get 2 GB of storage, so the base plan isn’t that great. The real value feels like it’s hidden behind a pricey paywall, so it would be a relief for many people if they increased the free storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of accessing the same files, pics, or vids is basically solved for me. I can easily get to them from different devices and from different parts of the world, so yeah, it’s a huge help when I’m traveling and need access to my files, pics, and vids.
User-Friendly File Storage That Keeps Me Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Because I need to be so organized for my job, Dropbox is my go-to. Everything is super user-friendly and makes storing my large files and assets seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could change one thing, it would be the unreliable upload times. Sometimes uploads go quickly, but other times they take much longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team requires a lot of file and asset sharing, and this is the most seamless way to do that.
