Whether it's word documents, audios, videos, or photos, Dropbox handles them efficiently. The sharing capabilities make it not only flexible but also very fast and handy to use, assisting me immensely in delivering materials for my courses. Overall, Dropbox is a very clear and accessible tool that consistently helps me manage my files and collaborate with others without any frustration.

Effortless File Sharing, But Navigation Needs Improvement

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has enabled me to store share and edit content with just a few clicks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation can sometimes be a bit clumsy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has been instrumental in addressing one of the main challenges of running a creative business like photo booth services: managing thousands of event photos, videos, and client files in an organized, accessible, and secure way. Before I started using Dropbox, sharing large photo booth galleries or design files with clients and team members was often a hassle. I had to rely on USB drives, deal with email attachment limits, or switch between different devices, which made the process cumbersome.

With Dropbox, all my files are now safely stored in one place and automatically synced across all my devices. I appreciate being able to upload event galleries directly from a venue, share custom folders with clients, and collaborate on designs or marketing materials without the worry of version control issues or misplaced files. This not only saves me valuable time but also allows me to provide a smoother and more professional experience for my clients, keeping everything efficient, organized, and stress-free.

A Reliable Tool with Remarkably Useful Scanning Features

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for between 5 to 8 years mainly for document storage and expense tracking. One of the standout features that I love is the scan functionality, which allows me to quickly scan documents and upload them to the cloud with just a few clicks. This is incredibly useful for managing receipts and physical documents, as it helps me save space by getting rid of the physical documents after scanning them. The scanner is very efficient, with smart suggestions on where to save a scanned document, auto-detection during scanning, and auto-editing that enhances the clarity of the images. Additionally, the intuitive folder structure and single sign-on feature made the initial setup a seamless experience, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, these features contribute significantly to an enhancement in my workflow and productivity, making Dropbox a compelling choice for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves my receipt management problem by digitizing physical documents, saving space, and enhancing organization with its quick scan and storage capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't profit from selling my personal information, which I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I find it difficult to come up with anything about DropBox that bothers me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DropBox for storing personal files that don't require a lot of space, such as those with smaller MB or GB sizes. It's dedicated to my non-work-related items, like real estate documents, tax records, and similar materials.

Dependable for Large File Sharing, But Needs Smoother UI

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Dropbox provides a straightforward setup process, which made it easy for me to begin using it without hassle. I really value its ability to store and share large files, especially those that are too big for email, which allows me to make them available to friends and family. This functionality is crucial as I store videos and large Microsoft Word documents, like a book with 362 pages. I've already recommended Dropbox to a friend, so I'm quite satisfied with this aspect of the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it challenging at times to figure out how to store files. It seemed to take a long time to get files uploaded, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the process for organizing files is not straightforward. After selecting files and placing them in a folder, I was often required to go back and locate the original files again, making the organization less efficient than it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox enables me to share large files that can't be emailed, making them available to friends and family easily.
