Easy to access
What do you like best about the product?
Phone app easily connects to my desktop to take photos of documents and upload immediately
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes doesn't sync right away and the organization of uploads can get a little confusing

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to save files on dropbox and access from anywhere and every devices. I am a designer and I have a couple devices. Before Dropbox, I used to carry around defirrent external hard drives since most of my files are big and it got to the point that search for files slowing me down. Since I use dropbox, it's all in one stop. Easy to save, search and share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I could think of now. But I sometimes don't know that I would run to a place where they have slow internet or none at all and forgot to make my folders available offline. That didn't happen often but it did happen sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's all in one stop now. You can work with clients every where without having to carry the files around in the external hard drives and wait for it to open. It's easier to save, search and share files. It's really speeding up my working prcess.

The seamless syncing between desktop and remote laptops when out of the office.

No complaints, works as advertised. Makes your files truly portable.

I was able to work with my team to edit multiple spreadsheets at once for an upcoming event! We layed out all plans, budgets, etc with ease. I love the organization it provides

Sometimes when more than one person is trying to work on something it gets glitchy

Before with our current system the document could only be edited by one person at a time, now multiple people can work at once!

can see a bit outdated would be better to have a more modern members area to navigate

Dropbox is a business must-have!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has saved me so many times when I've had to go back years and look for client paperwork. As a Realtor we are only required to keep documents 4 years but with Dropbox I have been able to keep all from my 20+ years in the business. Right now I'm working with a client that I sold a house to 14 years ago and you can imagine how happy I was to find their survey when they couldn't. I'd be lost without Dropbox leeping it all safe for me.

Nothing I can think of. It's always worked great for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of not losing documents and not having enough storage on my computer to keep 20+ years of documents.
Invaluable tool for work or home.
What do you like best about the product?
A centralized place that allows me access to my documents from anywhere. I can scan important documents from my scanner directly into Dropbox and I can see them from any of my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Photo upload app sometimes doesn't work and I don't always catch it.

Allows access to documents from anywhere. Don't need to be on a specific device to have access to the information I need.

With several devices, various businesses, I rely on DropBox to keep me functioning and organized. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to remain efficient in their business!

I don't have any thing I dislike about DropBox. I've used it for years and will continue to do so!

Maintains all business files securely, but allows them to be accessed anywhere by anyone on my team with the appropriate permissions.
