Ease of Use, Dependability and 24/7 Access — That’s Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access my files anywhere, anytime. I've never experiences a glitch -- ever. It was easy to set up and I love that I have an icon on all my devices to easily access Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I've been using Dropbox probably since it's inception and I have zero complaints which is unusual for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I travel a lot and rather than storing my information only only hard drive, it's available everywhere I go. It has the flexibility for me to download my files if I'm flying and need to work on my documents then it uploads to the cloud and I have access to all the new information on all of my devices. I can also send files to people who need them at any time. It's an invaluable tool.

Automatically syncing of computer files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing would be the cost, but if you have the money go for it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up critical files to be utilized from any device. Also, securely transferring files.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having access to my files digitally while traveling with easy access to share with clients and contractors as needed. It's been a game changer for my business and I would highly recommend it to any small business owner, freelancer, or student.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use and accessible on multiple devices. I can use it on both my phone and laptops and can pull documents up on clients computers when I'm on site for events and presentations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is made it easy for me to store and share photos, files and documents as needed with other members of my team as well as clients and customers.
Excellent storage that I can access from any device
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that my entire drive on my computer is a dropbox drive, so a) whenever I switch to a new machine, all my folders are ready for use, just need to log in, b) I have full access with editing from my phone and tablet (and any device) to all my folders on the go. It's also very practical that I can share an entire folder when I work on projects with a client - after the project they have the full folder tree and I don't need to send them an email with an endless list of attachments.
What do you dislike about the product?
What bothers me a little (but not a big issue) is that sharing my phone's pictures (Samsung) with family is not as seamless as with the default backup/sharing that Samsing phones have, because you need everyone to also use dropbox for two-way synchrony, but that's not an issue since the advantage in day-to-day work are tremendous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transferring to project collaborators an entire folder tree while preserving the tree's structure - this structure being imperative for the recipient to be able to understand the content - is impossible to achieve by any other means, except dropbo. Some services have an online tree and everyone can see it - but it's not on their computers and after a while they practically can't access it, because most need the tree to find the link to that online folder... it's circular logic. Dropbox allows a team to share the organic tree structure on everyone's computers and so they have it when they need it.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Dropbox for years now, and I love that it is easy and intuitive- and I can access my files from anywhere on any of my devices. Plus I feel confident in their security.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really encountered anything I dislike. Sometimes I have trouble with the pdf document maker, but that has improved since first implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to produce and share large audio and video files- that are too large for e-mail systems- so the ability to share folders has made that a non-issue.

It's a cloud based file folder! I can access my files from any device anywhere as long as there's an Internet connection.

I find the cost expensive. Otherwise, I can't think if anything.
