Best file cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox keeps my files safe and secure online with no extra effort on my part. Just save the files in a folder that you normally would and it works seemlessly accross devices, including my phone. And being able to share files to other securely directly from my Dropbox folders is nice. My favorite feature is being able to choose which folders I want to share on each device. I rely on Dropbox every day for work and play and it is easy to setup. It integrates well with Windows across devices and they have great customer support but I doubt you'll need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside unless you cannot afford the minimum monthly cost because I used up the free space on the free version and needed more. Worth every penny though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up files online allows me to freely wipe my PC without worry of losing files. And sharing accross devices works easily and saves me time.
Just what I needed
What do you like best about the product?
I'm an old school person, and don't like to have lots of different apps. But I have been using Dropbox for years and it's very easy to use. Last week my hard drive gave out unexpectedly, but I had backed up everything to Dropbox. Thank God I did it was very easy to get everything back.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not too much in the way I could say of disliking Dropbox. I wouldn't mind if it was a few dollars cheaper, but then I save a decent amount by doing the yearly subscription, so that definitely works for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just Dropbox for backing up my data, as I said, it saved me recently when my hard drive crashed. I also use a PC and a laptop, so I can upload anything from any device and retrieve it from any other. I am a musician and go back and forth from my music area to my home. It's VERY easy to use. I'd advise for anyone to use it.
As a photographer has been truly helpful to organize my shoots and also to give access to clients.
What do you like best about the product?
The upload is easier to do even on a phone and the way I can share by links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets slow and doesn't want to work and also that for searching photos it doesn't have more options on recognition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's basically helping me on keeping organize my audiovisual work by client, date, place. For me this is really important because if any of my clients needs an exact photo or video I can reach it easly by search for the name or even the date.
The best way to save your important files!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access my files from ANY device. Whether its mobile, desktop, or laptop, I'm pleased to know that if I need to access my files, I can do so without problems. I don't have to carry around a small device and worry that I may lose or damage it. I love that is it sync my files that I update and I access those updated files. It gives me peace of mind knowing my files are safe. It's easy to use and setup was a breeze. I've nevey had a problem and I use it daily. So much so that I often forget that I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can think of that I dislike. Everything I have experienced has been nothing positive! I glad to know that customer support is there in case I need them and they send emails when things change or update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have tons of files for my small business. I need a place where I can use them, no matter what device I use. If I'm home, I can access files. If I'm on the go, I can use my phone. If provided with technology, I'm so glad that I can access dropbox via internet.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative sharing aspect is very important for me as an academic researcher. Of course, the whole idea of storing files in the cloud is revolutionary. So being able to access files on different computeres is a way to relieve stress about location of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
That are no "in between" size options from the free to the paid version. It's like 2 GB to 2TB. Why can't there be a cheaper 500GB option? I teach classes, and 2 GB is often tough to be under, but even 10GB would probably work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be honest, I'm not sure about what problems Dropbox is solving. I have benefitted from using Dropbox since I began usin it.
Ease of mind and convenience
What do you like best about the product?
Using Dropbox for all my documents gives me ease of mind, that even if my computer dies, there's a copy of all my things somewhere. And it's great bc I can access my documents from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish I could view my photos differently/more easily as images in the non-web version of Dropbox on my hard drive.

Dependable core of my business
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for file storage, information, management, asset management, collaboration, and more. The UX is fantastic, the service is dependable, the new features added are always valuable, and the value I get for the price is incredible. I love the fact that it syncs with my MacBook locally but keeps files I don't use in the cloud, so I can easily find anything, but my computer isn't storing files I don't need often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I'm struggling to come up with anything. I've been a customer forever, at least a decade, and I have only seen improvements. I'm hoping to see some AI functionality to allow me to better organize files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files with colleagues and clients is an essential part of collaboration, and I need control over who has access to those files, and for how long. I love how easy it is to set limits on sharing, and I love that it is consistent and professional enough to be a robust tool among enterprise users.
This is a MUST have for your business!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a central place to store all of my files and being able to share the files with my team! I also love how easy it is to get access to my files from the mobile device or my laptop.

It makes it easy for our team to get access to the files when they need it. Reduces the headaches that can come when trying to store things.
Awesome storage
What do you like best about the product?
Use over multiple devices. Syncyng data is pretty gast.

Shared foders sometimes disconet on some devicese without me disconecting fhem

Great way to organize work across devices
What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner, I am working all the time, across several different devices, and I use Dropbox almost every day, and has been really easy to implement into my daily work schedule. It can be difficult to keep everything organized, but with Dropbox, I am able to store, organize, and access documents, photos, and needed forms no matter what device I am on. It is incredibly helpful to be able to do this, so I can work on the go, and also be able to organize in a way that works for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is not being able to view a preview of some of my images when they are in a folder. It's not awful, but just adds a small extra step of having to click each individual image to see which is which if I don't have them named in a specific way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has allowed me to work no matter where I am, allowing me to use different devices to post and email even if I'm out of the house with my kids. Without the ability to have my documents and photos across devices, I would always be tethered to my big computer at my desk, so this has given me more flexibility in my schedule and work-life balance.
