What do you like best about the product?
the best clounding storage, secure, reliable, 100% online server, best for backup and sharing data for business. highly recommended

a little expensive comparing to other cloud company, we should have more plans option, specialy for countries that have economic issues.

backup my data securely, online 24/24 to get my back on many devices at time

The wonderful, reliable and quick syncing allowing me to always have a quick access to my docs when I need.

Been using Dropbox plus to backup files. Also has a vault option where folders are password protected. Easy to organize folders and maintain structure with your files.

Pricing adds up per month. No discounted extended renewal options for extra data.

Providing a secure method to share and store files/media.

Everytime I use the Vault, it makes me reenter the 6 digit code a few min later. Been doing this for YEARS. WHY??

I use the sync to backup my hard drive files in real time.

Easy sharing and access across devices
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple devices can be linked to an account and sharing is real easy. The 30 day backup facility comes in handy very often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to share files with those who are not aware of Dropbox.

Nothing obvious. Doing good job so far.
If I am to propose something, I would say, that it can be useful to add some tools on smartphones (and pc) to convert file formats... image to pdf. etc. Without having to export / import to use external tools.

Sometime synch takes time and process hangs..

Availability across platforms and easy control of access

The automatic updating which enables me to save a file at home and pick it up where I left it in the office has been a lifesaver. I honestly could not do without it.

Occasional syncs take a long time. When adding a new device and/or during system overhauls, synching several terabytes of data is every bit as painful as one would assume, and it tends to slow the whole system down when doing so...
