Efficient Photo Sharing with Dropbox, Minor Drive Issues

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy the setup of Dropbox is, as everything was pretty straightforward. The intuitive nature of having a folder on my desktop to which I can directly drop files after rendering or editing photos is incredibly convenient. Once the files are in Dropbox, I can effortlessly send a link via email or text, making the sharing process simple and efficient. This ease of use is particularly important for my business as I frequently send large video or photo files to clients and Dropbox was the only viable solution I had, especially for efficiently managing such large files. I would recommend Dropbox highly, especially for individuals who do not want to invest in a home NAS system, rating it an eight or nine out of ten because I believe it is among the best solutions available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how Dropbox seems to duplicate or add additional burden to my main drive on my computer, which I had to figure out on my own. Additionally, I'm not a fan of how it bogs down my hard drives over time. The subscription-based model is also a downside for me. I would prefer a single initial charge with an option to upgrade storage capabilities over time, which is why I'm transitioning to a NAS (Network Attached Storage) system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the issue of sending large video and photo files to clients, being the only solution I had for this task. Its ease of use, like dragging files into a desktop folder and sharing links, is highly intuitive.

Easy Cloud Backup, But Folder Management Needs Improvement

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its fairly easy to use and create an account and drop files, images, create folders and have the items backed up on the cloud for easy access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am having trouble sorting in a way that works, sometimes if a folder is created in the wrong place, i can't simply move it to the "home" page, I end up having to create a new folder on the home page and then moving the documents over. It might be user error but it should be easier to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think space is an issue and if its easy to not hit the max, that would be most beneficial for me

Best for Large File Sharing and Daily Storage, Excellent Support

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The sharing feature of large files is the best, and apart from that, I use it almost every day to store a lot of my data, because, of course, my little storage phone and even the system don't support so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing such which I dislike; there was some issue in b/w to access the files, but the customer support helped super nicely and solved the issue, so ya not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing and sharing the large files and saving the storage issue.

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
storage place for documents, pictures and notes. You can upload document, pictures and other details on events or projects.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organization and coordinating data in one place for further review. It allows he organization to have quick access to pictures and documents much like an IT Glue program does.
