Good for cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
Great for calibrating with colleagues. Easy to share files and most reliable

honestly I have none. Dropbox has been the best service we ever used.

Business strategies and just how easy it is to collaborate with colleagues there easily imput and to work as a team

Can't think of any downside. It has been exactly what I need.

Previous question gave only one option. My principal use of Dropbox is for backup.

Expensive for the average user. Microsoft 365 include it as part of the package.

Dropbox is totally awesome. It integrates with all my devices seamlessly syncing all files and folders.

Actually none. May be they can increase the spacing in plans.

Syncing and sharing files with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I have become very fond of the Capture feature. This allows me to be able to create tutorials and do product reviews. Syncing with Dropbox is faster and easier than MIcrosoft or Google. Plans are affordable and give you access to so much more than just somewhere to store a file. Customer suppport is knowedgable and been helpful if I ever needed them. I absolutely use dropbox daily for work and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great storage that is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to get used to the sync feature just from an old head perspective. I wish that the activity panel was easier to find and access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows other designers on my team to have access to client files as needed. The Capture feature has allowed me to create more income avenues as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of sharing albums with clients, and how they can mark their selects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little to dislike about dropbox. If I could hav anything more from it, it would be more features that are specific for photographers.

It helps me share large amounts of data with clients very easily.
Dropbox for business gets it done
What do you like best about the product?
The quick syncing, ease of navigation, sync preferences, the ability to share a folder with non-dropbox users to get large file uploads, e-signature features and OCR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to reach customer support in the rare event you do have an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing my files across multiple computers, e-signature, and background OCR searches. Can't wait for AI backed searches!
Flexible “catch all” storage across all devices.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Dropbox is the fact that all of my data can securely sync up to one place. Docs, photos, videos, and more. I can create a folder on my computer that works as my downloads folder while also having it sync via Dropbox in cloud. I had a laptop stolen from me in 2012 and I did not have redundancy for my business files. Never again with Dropbox. I can access documents anywhere and that's a huge peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that pricing could be more competitive. They're launching new features to justify greater value but it's still a lot for larger storage sizes when you can get similar storage amounts via Google, Apple, or Microsoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now Dropbox helps me not have to pay for tools like adobe and esignature tools since it has in-app PDF editing and requests for signature.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is very user friendly across all platforms and is accessible by my staff, client and vendor. Dropbox is better than other cloud based storage programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to use web based dropbox to send links, I would love it that the link could be sent from the desktop version, that the links would be the same.

Efficiency, ease of file transfering away from the office, uptodate syncing of team work and client files.
