Very convenient instant syncing
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Dropbox is that it syncs faster than anything else I have seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is certainly not the cheapest product on the market, but given its fast syncing speed, I don't think the price is unreasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing my files across multiple locations and sharing with my friends.
Everything works well with Dropbox.

I like that everyone that is in the Dropbox can view the documents in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it held more documents before I had to delete them without paying for the upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple employees view what is in the dropbox. Getting the dreaded message in your email that the file is too big when sending attachments you can just have everyone you want access it on Dropbox.

New version is slightly awkward. The file and folder system does not play nice with Adobe apps

What do you dislike about the product?
i don't understand dropbox paper
i don't understand how dropbox integration is different from browse --> select
more pricier than other alternatives - but still i stick it cos it is truly the best of all the options

Easy to use and share folders with clients to upload needed content and collateral

Sometimes sharing the folder doesn't work or appear right away

My Go To File Cabinet for over a Decade
What do you like best about the product?
Ever since Dropbox began, and offered a mount client to connect to Linux, it started as my backup filesystem, and gradually became my primary filing cabinet, especially in this smartphone era. I love its ease of connectivity via all apps, and the availability to integrate to Microsoft Office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Search feature leaves much to be desired. It basically can only search exact name matches. Other than that, I've not had to pay yet, despite the offers being quite enticing. I like that I can use it for free and it has sufficed me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I used Dropbox for business, sharing permissions and e-signatures are two problems that Dropbox has solved that would benefit me
Decently priced. Best service for extremely large file transfers -- fast
What do you like best about the product?
I need Dropbox to transfer very large video files (65GB+ per file), and it is excellent for that. The uploads are automatic via sync and very fast. Easy to share with other Dropbox users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn 't seem possible to "slide" a shared link to a folder over to Dropbox app / folder transfer -- you are forced to use the browser with any shared link, making transfers less convenient and not subject to automatic sync. (A shared link is different than sharing directly to another Dropbox account.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transfering large files to buyers. Other cloud solutions simply don't work as conveniently.
