Effortless File Sharing and Top-Notch Security with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use interface, can easily upload, organize and share my files by using Dropbox. Its universal and also has security features of File encryption and TFA which helps me not worry about the data shared using Dropbox. I love that files gets synced across my devices. I use it very often for my professional and personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version offers only 2GB of storage, which is quite limited. For my small organization, the business plan can be expensive, and I have also noticed that syncing large files sometimes takes a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me solve myfiles scattered across the devices,also the high risk of losing files due to hardware collapse is omitted if i have those files securely saved on dropbox. And Dropbox cloud based access offline sync helps me resolve remote team work these days

Great Features and Usability, But Pricey with Limited Free Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to work offline, lots of integrations and ability to configure lots of features (expiring links, passworded documents...) Plus the UX is easy to use and has a very smooth learning curve. Used it quite frequently
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite expensive when compared to other solutions, and the free package allows for very little space. Searching capabilities are quite limited to (not entering into the detail of files - not great OCR)

What do you like best about the product?
Files sync rapidly across all my devices, so I never have to worry about version mismatches or losing important information. The shared folders and links make collaborating on projects with people outside my organization very straightforward. I also appreciate the integration with Google Docs and Microsoft Office, which is a significant advantage. Its reliable, simple and easy to use.

The cost is a bit on the higher side and large file take a while to sync occasionally.

Dropbox makes managing and sharing files really smooth. I use it to organize documents across my devices and easily share them with colleagues or clients without worrying about file size or format.

It's just when the internet fluctuates a little, it affects the upload speed which I know is normal but pretty much it's all good. I use it mainly for uploading and sharing files

Dropbox helps me keep all our sales materials, exhibitor proposals, and event assets organized in one place, so I don’t waste time searching through different folders or emails. It’s especially useful when sharing large files like floor plans or marketing collateral with clients and partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to save and withdrawl files.
Easy to share files files with co-workers and friends and it is secure.
The fact i am able to work on file and it gets updated to allow my co-worker used at the same time.
I can access the file at anywhere and there is no ristriction.

What do you dislike about the product?
The storage plans are expensive for the amount of storage you get.
The Security can be improved as transfering files via Wi-fi can be vulnerable.
Search capabilites is limited to find files with large files with name you need.

easy file sharing and update the files as we work on it to ensure they are available for our co-workers to use. Also, allows us to keep the files organize and secure to assist with the workflow efficiency.
Expensive, but worth it
What do you like best about the product?
The first feature that caught my eye years ago was how the screenshots in Windows OS are automatically uploaded to the cloud; this was really helpful when Windows didn't have the feature to automatically save screenshots and you had to save them as an image with the help of a different app. Very easy to use, new-user friendly, and team´friendly too since the sync between different devices works amazing. I use it everyday to share notes in college and work, and i never had a problem with missing files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive for countries like mine with an unstable economy. The fixed pricing in USD worldwide, while other cloud services have dynamic pricing that make it much cheaper, is a big con. Also, the free version has very limited space and features. Sometimes, but not always, big files like high quality videos, take a lot of time to upload no matter how good your internet service is. As an extra, the UI feels a little outdated and could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helped me share notes in college with my classmates very quickly and easy. Before using dropbox, we shared our files through Whatsapp and it was very inconvenient. Now we use a shared folder to drop our notes, recorded classes- both video and audio, transcriptions, and more. Best part is we can access them via our computers, cellphones, or tablets.

I have used Dropbox Workflow approval tool as well which is equally great

What I like most about Dropbox is how easy it makes storing and sharing files. Everything stays organised and synced across all my devices

Easy to Use, Reliable, and Great Cloud Integration
What do you like best about the product?
This product is straightforward to use and works well with both Mac and other computers. Retrieving files from the cloud using the app is simple and convenient. I have not experienced any downtime.

Limited space unless one pays for it. plus company dont allow use of drop box
