Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Dropbox for years for personal use and have had a great experience. Now we use it for our business, especially Dropbox Sign and we're quite happy with it
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of now. My experience has been good so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of our files synced and safely stored
Great product when you have documents you need to reach on multiple devices and docs them critical
What do you like best about the product?
DropBox makes it almost seamless to use. It's almost like it's there without having to do a lot of work to set it up and it simply keeps what you need easy to find and edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I have no complaints at all. I have never made a single complaint or had to reach out to support even one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have never experienced one single problem with my account.
The extra space you can lean on
What do you like best about the product?
I have an old laptop for my business that I have been using for several years. The hard drive is almost full on the computer so when I first learned about Dropbox I deposited all my files there and now it's no longer and issue. Cloud storage is perfect and can be accessed from another device too

Nothing, I love everything about it. However if you don't have the plan it may only allow you to upload a few docs

My hard drive fill up too quickly and eventually being damaged

I use it daily to share documents between different devices and people, as well as external to clients. Dropbox is a core piece of my daily software usage.

Upload times to add new, large files (multiple) can often take a long time and get stuck in sync

The best part about Dropbox is always having access to my files, whether I'm at my desk or on my phone.

I'm a photographer and using Dropbox allows me to always have access to the photos I need.
Dropbox is a fantastic solution for both business and personal file storage needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use from the web app but I love how easy it integrates with my Windows file system as well. I can share and do just about anything from my Windows Explorer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sync between cloud and local has issues and doesn't really notify me well enough I feel like when it happens. I don't realize it until I notice the file is wrong and then I look in my system tray and see the red alert. An email notification would be nice I guess (maybe that exists and I just don't have it turned on though).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a seamless experience between all my machines and allows sharing of files to external collaborators every easily. I even use it as my development repository.
Best Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Fast seemless cloud storage with lots of features. I use it to store all my photos and work projects, continuously synced every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can at times be difficult to use multiple accounts, such as when i have a company login and personal login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep my work projects accessible from anywhere. It also allows me to easily send large files. Finally, it has a very good password manager that I use on all my devices.
Great tool and it is compatible with Linux

What do you dislike about the product?
Can think of a downside other than the pricing. However the free tier fives you access to 2GB, which is more than enough for most people.

What do you like best about the product?
I have had drop box a long time. I have never encountered a problem. Whenever I needed to consult customer service, they would get back to me quickly and help solve my issue immediately. That is why I still keep dropbox. I have had them for around 10 years now. Super ease to navigate.

I have not encountered anything I don't like or want to change.

I have no problems. All the changes only enhance the already amazing cloud service.

You can always access Dropbox on the computer and the go. I can access everything I need at any time.

I would like to have more storage, but I am not worried about not having enough room.
