Effortless File Transfer and Sharing with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for six years mainly to transfer files and maintain some files on iCloud, which has worked really well for me. Initially, a friend recommended Dropbox, and since then, I've found it more convenient and easier to integrate into my workflow compared to Google Drive. The setup process was a breeze, and everything went smoothly. One of the major benefits for me is the ability to transfer large files that can't be sent via email, making Dropbox a perfect solution for such tasks. Additionally, I can save important large files to use later. I also appreciate how easy it is to upload and share files with other people. Its seamless functionality makes it easy for me to use, which is why I consider purchasing Dropbox again and why I would definitely recommend it to others, giving it a ten out of ten.

I appreciate Dropbox for its ease of setup, which was very straightforward and hassle-free. The user-friendly interface in the app makes it simple to activate and find documents from any application, which is incredibly beneficial for my workflow. I particularly value the document retention and access features that allow quick and easy access to necessary saved documents, enhancing my productivity significantly. Additionally, the ability to integrate Dropbox with Microsoft Office seamlessly is another useful aspect that supports my daily tasks effectively. Dropbox's potential for increased capacity with reasonable fees also stands out as a compelling factor for continued use.

Universal and Easy to Use, But Be Cautious with Deletions
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for over 10 years, and I primarily use it for photo storage for clients, documents, and collaborating with teammates. I appreciate Dropbox's universality and the better options it offers compared to other services like iCloud. I love its capability to automatically upload files to the cloud after saving them to my desktop, and its easy URL sharing feature, which significantly simplifies sending files and folders to others. The setup was effortless, as I just needed to create the required folders and install the application on my computer and phone. The software is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for me to share photos with clients without the hassle of large file transfers. It also allows me to save work items remotely, freeing up space on my computer, as I can access my files from anywhere without needing them physically on my device. The ease of use and the accessible interface on both desktop and mobile devices are features I frequently rely on. I also find the pricing competitive, with Dropbox being a widely trusted and recognized platform. The application's universality and ease of use are its most compelling attributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how if I delete something on my desktop that it deletes it from the entire cloud. I sometimes have folders on my desktop that I don't need to access anymore, but I realized that if I deleted them on there, it also deleted them from the cloud.

Managing Partner
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is widely recognized and used by many groups. When you mention Dropbox, almost everyone knows what you mean. The free trial available when you first start using it is helpful, as it allows you to determine if it is the right tool for your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find most frustrating is the limitations placed on the free trial. It would be useful if you could set restrictions on a file, as that feature would really help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files via email can be difficult, and it is often challenging to ensure that everyone is working with the most up-to-date version of a document. When using Dropbox to share files, this issue is greatly reduced since the file is stored in a single location. Additionally, because you can share with multiple people at once, it becomes much easier to keep everyone updated without having to email updates to each person.
