The obvious choice... period.
What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed using Dropbox for almost 2 decades. I've used the alternatives working with other organizations, but none have felt as natural to use. Dropbox offers all of the same functionality as competitors, but isn't catered to operate within a specific ecosystem like Microsoft or Google products. I like that!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the higher price of use when needing to upgrade to larger storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful to request large files using the Dropbox file request.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using dropbox for years. It's my favorite way to share files with clients and friends/family. It's particularly useful for content creators, photographers, videographers. I can count on the platform to share my files in the quickest way possible without corrupting or changing the file size. The platform is beyond easy to use. User friendly is an understatement. I'd highly reccomend to anyone looking to store or share their files in a safe, convenient, reliable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Larger files take a while to upload but there isn't a file sharing platform that doesn't have this issue. The large the file, the longer the upload time!

Dropbox is great for online freelancer.
What do you like best about the product?
I am a freelance. I am using Dropbox since 12 years. This is the main way for file sharing with clients. I am very satisfied. Love Dropbox.

Nothing. Dropbox is awesome. If plan prices low. It will be more convenient. Thanks.

Something apps loading problem. Now all ok.
Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
I love the peace of mind that all my photos, documents, files, etc are safe and backed up. I had trusted an external hard drive at one point and lost everything on when it stopped working. With Dropbox I dont have to worry about losing anything.
I have also newly discovered the signature option and am loving this new feature for our business - it's a money-saver!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with Dropbox, is when trying to organize my files and photos from the Dropbox website. I would love if there was an option to "drag and drop" the selected items in to various folders. It is quite time consuming with the current setup - especially dealing with our camera photo backup folder.

Being able to access content from various devices at the office and on jobsites.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for many years so I could replace my external hard drive. Now there are many services for back up but dropbox was one of the first and is definitely the best. I've done free trials on others and have not been satisfied.

I have used Dropbox for personal and business, and I have yet to find a downside to the product

It saves all of my files so I can share them and have multiple users
Most useful storage app
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a musician and use Dropbox to store all my music charts and respective audio files. I love Dropbox because it allows me to access my sheet music along with the audio in an organized fashion, and store them in labeled folders. It also allows me to store large files such as videos that are 5+ minutes long. Finally, I love that I can access these files when I don't have Wi-Fi by making them available off-line. This allows me to study my music while on flights!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to create audio playlists on Dropbox, and allow tracks to be played one after another seamlessly without stopping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving making files available, off-line, and this is benefiting me because I can access audio and visual sheet music that I store in dropbox while I don't have Wi-Fi, such as while I am flying.
Sharing files has never been so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it makes sending large files to clients so easy. It helps greatly in sharing files among team members within the the company who work from home or with contractors who live in another city!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not offer realtime syncing when an entire team is working on a document. Also, it is not private...so it may limit others who work in an industry where all of their work is confidential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me when sending general documentation weekly to those who work hybrid or totally from home. I can keep a project moving no matter where I am. This is 50% of my job

I love that with dropbox it is free up to a certain amount. It is very easy to use, and they give us plenty of methods to go about storing files. I have not had time to use the customer support, but I am sure it will go smoothly.

I do wishthat the transfer time was faster
