Been an early user... it just keeps getting better. And easier.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to access, even on the phone and tablet. I have a lot of things stored that I need to access remotely. I also send many files to friends and associates. It's easy to send a link without sending large volumes of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real issues... I sometimes confuse myself with access via direct linkup and using the app. But, then, I"m old... :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy backup and recovery of files, using file via remote access.
Most convenient online cloud type application....

It's easy access from home, work on from my cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have somehow created two accounts and don't know how to fix this error and not quite sure which one is on my phone with what log in...etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is incredible for working across multiple computers, systems, and networks. I use it extensively between home and work office, as well as for personal use. Sync and storage is super fast and extremely stable. By far the best in class!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides whatsoever. It can take up a lot of storage space on a local machine if you don't use the cloud sync, but that can be set independent on each machine as per needs.

Storage, multi system sync, and collaboration with colleagues on work products
Dropbox user for 10 plus years
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Dropbox for over 10 years for my own personal use and for my photography and consulting businesses. It's easy to share folders of client photos and other documents and I love that I can access my Dropbox from my computer or phone no matter where I am. It also gives peace of mind for backing up data to a device that is not on my home network or devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one at the moment. I've had nothing but positive experiences.

It allows me easily to share my work with clients

It's a very beautiful and wonderful storage to keep and maintain our data secured and protected.

Limited in storage and capacity, expected much better storage capacity.

Best cloud based storage
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based storage is the way to go for storage and backups. Couldn't ask for better cloud storage than Dropbox and my favourite part is how user friendly it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free plan included a bit more storage but the amount it gives is to be expected.

Dropbox allows me to share files with colleagues and customers without having to worry.

This great application helps me to share the work of large-sized documents and file images with the remaining work members cloudy and this is what makes the work easy and ready instead of losing time on transportation.
Great for collaborative work and additional back-up
What do you like best about the product?
It is a fantastic way to work with other researchers on papers or projects. I have dozens of folders share with selectied partners. They are updated intantaneously and you can link them to your laptop (or several of your notebooks at the same time). It also works great as a back-up. I have a ohysical back up as well, but Drobbox gives me peace of mind in case the physical BU does not work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be connected to the internet for your files to be updated on the cloud, but that's to be expected. Sometimes the update is not instantaneous, or if it is for you it may not be for the people with whom you share a folder, as it depends on the internet speed I suppose.

Easy to use and dependable for photo backups
What do you like best about the product?
Camera uploads automatically to backup on the go directly from my phone without me needing to do anything. I can access dropbox like a fileshare to navigate to photos to upload to social media for my business too and know that everything is there

Not many downsides that I've come across really for my own usage
