What do you like best about the product?
With Dropbox, I'm sure I'll keep all my files, I can easily find them in any device and I also can share them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, some pictures can't be uploaded from my iPhone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my files are now safe ! Previously, I was always worried if something happens to my computer.

What do you like best about the product?
It held all of my data for almost 10 years without deleting any of it. Even though I haven't paid in that period of time it retained all of my data. I decided to start paying for it since I feel I owe them.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to leave the app open and on the screen to back up my photos. Not sure if that is true but it seems that way.

None at all.

What do you like best about the product?
Since i have already install the app in my mac, i can instantly save my files in the cloud without using the browser
What do you dislike about the product?
The app sometimes is not responding when you try to upload large files. I have recently updated my fiber line to 1Gbs so i delt with this issue several times. I split the file in several smaller parts so that i can upload it

What do you like best about the product?
I have the ease of being able to access my files anywhere, and the comfort that my files will never be lost. It is also great to have unlimited space for a reasonable price.

I would like the files to be able to be saved on my desktop in addition to staying in Dropbox

Being able to access everywhere on any operating system. The interface is very simple, user friendly and intuitive

I find Dropbox flawless. There is nothing to dislike

Ease of use. Once I got the desktop version, my life became a breeze when collaborating with others on projects at work and keeping my personal life organized.

Pricing is a little steep. Otherwise, everything else has been pretty great.

What do you like best about the product?
Reliable peace of mind. I love knowing that my backup is safe in the cloud in case anything happens to my devices. Especially as a solopreneur who needs reliable services, I rely on Dropbox every day to share files with clients and to support my digital life.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit tricky at first getting the automation settings where I wanted them to keep everything organized between my android phone, the cloud, and my macbook but once setup was done it's been very smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it so that I don't have to pour energy into figuring out my file storage; I can relax and trust what I've set up. I haven't had any need for customer support because it's run smoothly for me for years.

I like that it is so simple to use to share files with friends and family. We use it to store our most important information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like if more devices could have access since I have more than the three allotted for the free account.

I can share files that would normally require having to email them. This really reduces the amount of time and allows the sharing of files that are often to large to email.
