Best Storage platform ever
What do you like best about the product?
Good capacity easy access and most convenient. Good UI/UX

Simple, easy, and intuitive. Can easily sync across multiple devices.

Nothing really. It is much better than classic Google Drive which I switched from.

I have a lab full of collaborators which dropbox enables use to share files easily.
Great Storage/Collaboration Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best part about Dropbox is how automatic it is. It's also so easy to share with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can see is the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to share contact with my colleagues.
15 years, I can not imagine my life without DropBox!
What do you like best about the product?
Using dropbox made my life easy. I can share my medical files through all of my devices with ease (PC, iPad, iPhone, office PC). Files are arranged in a nice way and the website/IOS apps are very easy to use. It is also included in many third party apps which makes life easier for me. Getting an information or looking for specific book or article at any time can not be more easy !.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the apps/website could deal/edit PDF files for better productivity rather than having to use third party apps to do the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the past 15 years, I only had a minor issue and I got a reply from customer service within 1 business day. It was a file that was corrupt after editing by a third party app. They could not solve the issue for me and I understood.

Dropbox continually makes my life better. I never have to worry about if a file is on the computer I'm on because the answer is, yes, it's on my Dropbox. I'm able to access whatever I need whenever I need it.

The cost is the only potential downside; however, for me, it has paid for itself many times over in accessibility

I have multiple computers. Sometimes, I'd rather work on my laptop than my desktop, and my files are always exactly where I need them to be.

Menu format is too cumbersome. Need to look all over to find the desired action

Seamless Integration Reliable Syncing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox enables me to backup my critical files and makes them available from multiple devices. This is especially helpful when switching between work locations. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop setup to a non-default location can be a little confusing, but once it's complete, Dropbox has worked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to pick up where I left of when working from home or from the office. Dropbox also provides the security of knowing that my important files are available on the fly and backed up in case of local system failure.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and reliable services Dropbox has to offer. Their pricing is wonderful and reasonable. The ease of use, implementation and integration is wonderful across all platforms. I have never had an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly. I use Dropbox daily for both my photography and personal uploads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything about Dropbox to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is not only helping my solve storage space capacity but search features as well are splendid.
