What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sent clients a link to upload documents then another link to view the documents

The expiration dates for clients that we have to go back and update the date since no late date is accepted!

What I like best about Dropbox is how simple, reliable, and seamless it is for everyday business use. It doesn’t try to overcomplicate file storage it just works, consistently.

Pricing can add up quickly

Dropbox solves several core business problems around file access, collaboration, and version control, and those solutions have made our day-to-day work noticeably more efficient and less stressful.

Backed up and Easy Access
What do you like best about the product?
Backed up and Easy Access to all my files. If my computer crashes I have all my info. It is so easy to use. I use it everyday constantly. It is HiPAA compliant and you can share files. I have been using Dropbox for years. I never lose files and they go everywhere with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really no downside to Dropbox that I can think of tha I do not like about dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is my preferred choice for file storage. Of all the storage software I have tried, it stands out as the best. I find it safe and secure. I recommend Dropbox to those that want in the cloud and well as on device backup of files

I can easily manage the document I like to keep in my drive and share to someone else.

Dropbox is expensive for small users, has weak privacy (no zero-knowledge encryption), and the software has become slow and bloated with unnecessary features.

Dropbox provides seamless file syncing and easy sharing across all your devices, benefiting you by ensuring your important data is always accessible and safe from accidental loss.

The platform stands out for its ease of use, making it simple to share and drop documents. I also appreciate the security features, seamless integration, and the quality of customer support provided.

Their logo hasn't changed much over time and could definitely be improved.

I use it to share documents, and it’s incredibly convenient. It integrates smoothly with all the tools we need, supports SSO, and is quite intuitive to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing for remote collaborations. It's simple and takes fewer steps to upload files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any qualms with dropbox as such. I have been using it for years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tend to take a lot of videos of our activities and it's been super easy to transfer it to our colleagues, who work remotely for video editing purposes. Once the final video is done, our colleagues use the same means to transfer it back to us.

Ease of use, extremely versatile and not hard to figure out, even for a technical novice. I use it all the time and it’s a big part of my work process
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much that I dislike about it. If I had to mention something, perhaps the layout could be organized differently, though I’m not exactly sure how to explain what changes I’d want.

This tool makes managing and sending my files simple and worry-free, without having to deal with the usual differences between Google and Apple.
