Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to utilize Dropbox to share documents. I would recommend it as it is fairly straightforward, even if you have never used the tool before. The ease of file sharing and accessibility helps it to be user friendly .
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally do have any big negatives with utilizing Dropbox. I know some have had issues with privacy concerns but I myself have not yet experienced this.

Dropbox is convenient and easy to use. Dropbox s also cheaper when you compere it to it peers.

Since i've been using it, nothing worthy of complaining for now.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Dropbox incredibly useful for storing a large amount of personal files, including photos and videos, which I can access and share anytime, anywhere, even from my iPhone. The setup process was straightforward and organizing files by titles makes accessing them later convenient. The authentication process is simple and ensures easy access to my files.
What do you dislike about the product?

I'm wondering where those files are.","Providing better customer service that there's someone that when you need tech support is there for you. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps solve challenges related to file storage, sharing, and team collaboration. Before using Dropbox, managing multiple file versions and sending large files via email was time-consuming and prone to errors. With Dropbox, I can securely store all documents in one place and access them from any device, anywhere, which eliminates location restrictions.
Solid cloud storage system with some app limitations.

The ability to access cloud storage from anywhere.

The Windows application is clunky at best.

Dropbox allows us to transfer large files between locations and with clients.

the limited free storage, with the Basic plan offering only 2GB, which many users find insufficient compared to competitors like Google Drive (15GB free) or Mega (20GB free).

Using it for bulk file sharing in a link ,that’s the best feeling of not having to worry about sending many files at once

I have used it several times to share the files online as it keeps my data within my reach, and I have used other services as well, but never faced a broken link issue here like I faced in other services.
It's easy to access and implement. However, as someone tech-savvy, I would know. For normal users, it is quite easy to use as well.

I use the basic plan, and it has only 2 GB of space, which fills up regularly as I use it.

The user friendliness interface of this platform is the best I like about dropbox. It's easy and fast to access any file. It's organised and very helpful.

I like the overall experience of Dropbox but I wish there are more added features of editing a file in the app.

This app is solving the problem of file management. It helps me to be more organised and assist me in faster access of the file without any issue.

Easy to use and navigate. The folder structure helps people like myself stay organized.

The requirement to purchase additional storage if you have additional files for storage.

Provides a central hub for storing confidential and organization digital assets. It is easy to share with my colleague and easy to make any changes.

Been using Dropbox for like... 4 years? Maybe 5? Honestly I can't remember life before it lol. It just works for tossing files between my phone, laptop, and tablet.
That sync thing is magic save a doc on my work computer and bam, it's on my phone before I even stand up. Lifesaver when I'm out and need a PDF fast.

Price hikes sting: Man, it feels like every year it costs more. I'm on a paid plan now and that bill hurts a little ngl.
Confusing plans: Why so many dang options? Personal, Professional, Business... I still don't know if I picked the right one.
Space anxiety: That lil' storage bar gives me stress! I'm always cleaning out junk to stay under my limit. Wish they gave a bit more free space tbh.
Occasional weirdness: Sometimes files take longer to sync than you'd expect. Like... dude, I just need that spreadsheet NOW. Not 5 mins from now.

Sharing stuff is super easy too. Just copy a link and send it – no more "file too big" emails bouncing back. My team uses it for project folders and it keeps everyone from drowning in email attachments (most of the time anyway).
