Unmatched Desktop Sync
What do you like best about the product?
How good the desktop client is. I've tried to switch to Google Drive, but the syncing of files is very unreliable. Also, Dropbox has constantly adding tools like the document scanner, that makes sense. I've been using it for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing it could be more competitive. Also, if by any chance you need to move a huge amount of files to a different cloud, it's a huge pain. They make it hard for obvious reasons, but that's something they should be more open about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having quick access to files anywhere and secure backups, which in many cases has been a lifesaver.

The free storage capacity is a bit low, and the file management on the phone is a bit hard to view.

When uploading photos from my iPhone there is no option to save them as jpg files instead of heic files (which are not easy to view on some devices)

Dropbox allows me to quickly move files between multiple devices and share files with coworkers

Storage capacity is the main issue. I wish they could give out more storage on free accounts.

Conveniently accessible wherever I go. I can access all my clients files on any computer.

I don't think there is anything about Dropbox that I find an issue at the moment.

Accessing my clients files and allowing them to look at their files without me having to send it to them via email.

Syncing across devices and accessing storage remotely for important files.

What do you like best about the product?
I haven't had any problems since I first got Dropbox. I use it too save all my documents and photos. It's connected to my PC, my Mac, and my phone. I can access my files anytime and anywhere. I can even sign in from someone else's computer if I am away from mine and just need a quick doc or photo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take up a lot of space on your computer unless you set it up to only keep files in the cloud until needed. It was a little confusing at first setting it up to work in the clouds only.

Out is easy to share documents with other people and give them as much or little access as needed.
