Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send big files, very easy to setup and use.

The cost, there ar other services out there that are less expensive

The transfer of big files, it helps not to clog teh emails.

The cost but it's worth it! And sometimes hard to load

Phone doesn't have enough storage for all my photos and this helps me keep them safe
Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
The syncing capabilities are flawless and far more reliable than other systems. The plans are also designed for ease of use and convenience, without being overly expensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compatibility is better with Mac than PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The past problems of synchronicity between devices have been solved. Hoping this continues :-)
Dropbox is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the backbone of our product photos! We use it to upload all of our pre-edited, and Post edited photos, and it makes it very easy for us to collaborate with all of our photographers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about it! It is so easy to use in and it is so awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve all of our problems with needing to upload multiple large image files from different devices. It allows us to have it in one centralized cloud, location!
Dropbox = Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
As a contractor, Dropbox has given me the ability to save and share files at lightning speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything specific.

The storage and sharing of client deliverables.
Cloud safety for my files
What do you like best about the product?
The capacity and safety. I can rest knowing that my files are safe and I can access them from all my devices at any time.

Maybe the price for more space and easier to use from different devices

I can make files available to different people. It gives me access to different folders from different devices this segmentation helps me organise my work and personal files
The best thing for collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to collaborate on different files of all types, and the integration into Finder on Mac is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike in all honesty. The website could be a little better about showing updates on who's viewed / downloaded files, but I mainly use the Mac integration which is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in an industry where you need to constantly be sharing and collaborating on files, Dropbox makes it easy to share files and have the new updates sync automatically to your computer.
A great tool but with limitarions
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Give me the ability to operate 2500 miles apart.I ease of use and my ability to share with co-workers in other parts of the country

Problems at times not syncing properly or at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a large music database and radio imaging up to date and allowing others to pull from that database. We are spread internationally and the east at which we work with Dropbox is a huge plus

I like everything about Dropbox...Allows me to share work between my Mac and PC

Unfortunately I don't use it enough to justify the price for extra space but in the future I could possibly upgrade
