An amazing platform for a production team
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to share and sync working files with the team. Also having the ability to generate a link to a specific file to share with a customer is super handy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone needing their own plan to be able to collaborate gets really expensive, just to be able to all sync the same data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy file collaboration allows our remote team to operate efficiently.
Dropbox provides an easy way for me to receive and share large numbers of and sizes of files.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy to receive the large number of files I am required to review for commerical real estate due diligence. The dated folders easily help me identify when new information has been added.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are size limitations on free accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transmitting many multiple large sized files. This would be impossible to do via email.

What do you like best about the product?
All my files are backed up as I save them. I don't need to save versions because Dropbox is keeping versions of each file up to 180 days!
What do you dislike about the product?
When I download a big file with cyberduck, it uploads to Dropbox simultaneously causing the download to crash. But there is a "hold" option so I use it in that cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my work data is backed up.
I can send big files to clients with a branded webpage with my logo.
I can search within all my files instantly.
It saves me hard drive space while I can see all of my files locally.

What do you like best about the product?
Any document or picture that I need is available wherever I am. It's my filing cabinet that I can take with me!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is not being able to make the newest pictures be first instead of the older ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud Content Collaboration is not why I use Dropbox but that was the only option!

It allows the transfer of very large documents to other individuals to open and review

It allows me to access large documents on any of my devices , even on the job site

It is hard to sendor share the document to with individuals who don't have a drop box account

For me, sending articles to others works great. The page is simple to use and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I post articles to be sent to others, there are checkboxes next to each article, and I don't know if I'm supposed to uncheck them. It seems to work so far but a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transferring files using Dropbox is much easier and safer than attaching them to email. A big benefit.
Look no further than Dropbox!
What do you like best about the product?
For my business, I need documents I can access through several platforms and devices. Dropbox provides those services for me. I've been using their services for decades and they have saved me not only headaches- but thousands of dollars. Because I was able to provide documents other companies 'lost', I was off the hook for additional flood insurance. That's just one example. It's like having your own personal secretary, right in your computer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything not to like about Dropbox. I'm completely satisfied with all of their features and prices.

Document archives and retrievement.
