Great cloud storage option

being expensive. no loyality discount on plans. i have been there since its inception.

I love having an online cloud backup system. Knowing my files are safe if my computer were to crash is comforting. I like that they have an app you can access your files easily on your phone.

It's another monthly subscription you have to pay for.

What do you like best about the product?
I was using Dropbox for many years, it never failed me.
I'm currently using 3 or 4 cloud storage providers during my daily operations and dropbox is number one in syncronization, security and functionality.
If it was up to my decision i will definitly choose Dropbox as my storage cloud provider.

The high price is making a problem, i had to migrate one of my clients to another cloud because of that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The syncronizing is perfect and smooth, i never encountered any problem with it before, it made content collaboration quick and easy

Ability to organize and share content with my clients for social media video work. I use it almost daily.

The upload speed can take awhile with videos, so that would be a place it would be nice to see improvement.

It allows me to store and organize my content for future use, as well as sharing completed social media video projects with clients.
An amazing platform for a production team
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to share and sync working files with the team. Also having the ability to generate a link to a specific file to share with a customer is super handy!

Everyone needing their own plan to be able to collaborate gets really expensive, just to be able to all sync the same data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy file collaboration allows our remote team to operate efficiently.
Dropbox provides an easy way for me to receive and share large numbers of and sizes of files.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy to receive the large number of files I am required to review for commerical real estate due diligence. The dated folders easily help me identify when new information has been added.

There are size limitations on free accounts.

Transmitting many multiple large sized files. This would be impossible to do via email.

All my files are backed up as I save them. I don't need to save versions because Dropbox is keeping versions of each file up to 180 days!

When I download a big file with cyberduck, it uploads to Dropbox simultaneously causing the download to crash. But there is a "hold" option so I use it in that cases.

All of my work data is backed up.

What do you like best about the product?
Any document or picture that I need is available wherever I am. It's my filing cabinet that I can take with me!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is not being able to make the newest pictures be first instead of the older ones.

Cloud Content Collaboration is not why I use Dropbox but that was the only option!

It allows the transfer of very large documents to other individuals to open and review

It allows me to access large documents on any of my devices , even on the job site

It is hard to sendor share the document to with individuals who don't have a drop box account
