What do you like best about the product?
Everything is easy to organize, user friendly, and I don't have to worry about my files not being backed up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything is pretty straightforward and I wouldn't use an alternative service after using dropbox!

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Dropbox is the convenience and ease of use, it is very helpful for sending and receiving files from clients
What do you dislike about the product?
One time I had a Drive de- sync from my computer, and it deleted all of the files on my dropbox account, I did manage to restore it because I have a pro account but now I am nervous about having my Dropbox account synchronized with my computer and the inconvenience is there now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to easily send files to my clients and also provides as a safe support solution for some more important files. I am not entirely comfortable, leaving on just a single computer.

What do you like best about the product?
I trust dropbox with very important files and it has never failed me. I use this both personally and professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had access issues when I share the folders with Friends or family. Takes a couple of extra steps but its usually resolved with a few extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing large files in the cloud

That it is user friendly, quick, and simple

Maybe that there isn't as much free storage as some other clouds provide.

It is obviously solving remote work liabilities, especially with its speed and ease of use. The last thing i need is a learning curve on one more app.

I love the safety in my files! Being able to share with others and utilize my files in the way that I want to.

There's nothing that I can say. I've never had an issue with Dropbox.

Allowing me to easily navigate it and find my files.

I can access my files from multiple devices and don't have to worry about them being saved properly.

I don't dislike anything about Dropbox. It works for me.

Access files across multiple devices. I've been using this for about 15 years and never have to search my computer for missing files. They're always in Dropbox.
Dropbox is reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox can be used as a folder in any of my devices, or I can just drap and drop to the online folder as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Dropbox as an add-in to Google Mail (competitor) or other major company e-mail service.

What do you like best about the product?
So far Dropbox is the most reliable and fast storage service B to C and B to B that I know. I always can relay in the best performance uploading and downloading smal and very large files.
The version history is a "god tier" feature, that enables you to recover mistaken deleted files.

Sometimes the App feature delivers some weird bugs like a slowdown in using the App feature but the web access or app is ok.

Share files with people outside of my organization knowing I can trust the permissions I set will be respected.

Dropbox is easy to use and most people already are familiar with the brand and workflow.

Sometimes the cost can be expensive and pricey.

Showing video drafts to clients for approval and final delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient way to share files or transfer files to different devices. Been using it for over 15 years and will continue to do so.

Ability to share and collaborate large files. Ability to move files from my desktop to my mobile devices and vice versa.
