Easy way to send large files
What do you like best about the product?
It is the easiest way for me to send large files to other people. Emails will not send or receive large files.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little confusing with all of the share/transfer options

If you are comfortable with using windows File Explorer system, adding Dropbox to it makes uploading and sharing files a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the most convenient file sharing and storage program there is. None of their competitors can compare with how easy it is to store and share files. Also their playback options for audio and video files are very helpful!

I really can't think of anything to dislike about it!

When it comes to keeping files on a cloud, nobody does it better than Dropbox.
An absolute tool for a businessman
What do you like best about the product?
That it's robust, reliable and trustworthy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price could be a little lower. Also there is no plan for universities and students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to company's assets, easy file sharing, easy access to your personal files even when you don't have a computer with you (eg. by just using your smartphone), implementing client demos much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to easily transfer files between other industry folks. It is very easy to use and while recognized in the industry.

I have just started using Dropbox in the past month and have not found anything. I dislike it this point.

Transferring large files to multiple individuals
Simple and un-intrusive storage in the cloud.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox integrates seamlessliy with services that would otherwise be isolated islands of cloud service. When I buy an e-book on Manning, I enjoy the easy transfer to my computers and other devices via Dropbox. My photos and videos are automatically backed up, and always available. It's no problem looking up any remotely stored file via the seamless integration to my computers file system. I basically use Dropbox every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the number of files grows longer, it becomes a harder task for any tool, including Dropbox, to keep everything synchronized and instantly available. Some tweaking of settings is needed to get optimal performance. I have experienced a period of a few weeks where my macbook spent an inordinate amount of CPU and other resources solely on Dropbox. However, a bugfix alliviated the problem, and since then it has been running smoothly.

Dropbox keeps my important stuff easily and effectively within reach, wherever I am.
Way better than Google Drive for secure sharing

I love that you can password protect each folder in your Dropbox

Nothing I can think of. It does exactly what I want.

I mainly use Dropbox to share documents with potential customers rather than emailing them the documents. This puts all of the documents in one location for my customers to have access to.

Easy access to my files from phone and PC

Don't think there are downsides. At least, not for me and what I use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of access to files from my phone. I don't have to spend money printing documents. I can be anywhere and have access to my files and show off what I need to show to whom I want.
As content creator Dropbox is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox became part of my workflow and a default delivery standard for my creative work to my clients. What I like the best is that I can share my private folders on realtime from my cellphone right after a project is completed and load in the Dropbox Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would be more affordable for other creatives like me that are starting out and cannot afford it.

I deliver all my creative work online thanks to Dropbox
