Works well for what I need
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendly way of sharing files. The process is easy and it's easy for others to be able to view my uploaded documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to verify my email each time I log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our files are sometimes too large to send via email and Dropbox allows me to upload documents where that is an issue.
Easy and effective tool
What do you like best about the product?
Drop box provides the ease of use which drive performance and efficiency for me. Provides extreme value for my department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its so simple to use that there really isn't anything I don't like about it.

Provides me the means to communicate with confidential documents with entities outside my company.

The convenience of having your files anywhere anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Throughout the years, I was able to sync my dropbox to my different devices even though I could carry two at a time, I didn't have to unlinked them.. Now you only allow three devices unless you have a premium subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is enabling me to carry my files on my devices to the cloud, instead of using space in my device, or carrying a USB stick.
File management without worry!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't even have to think about managing my files. With Dropbox on my laptop, I just open/edit/save everything like "normal", without needing to think about creating copies, file location, etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems impossible to upload it onto an old computer without it taking up too much space, even with the "smart download" feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share a large folder with someone and they have instant access to all my files - it's fast and easy.
Professional and personal user! Big fan!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to let other people add to. My family uses it all the time to share videos and it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the options for cloud or local syncing very confusing. It's hard to know which to click and what they mean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My family was trying to find a platform that we could all add videos to so my grandparents could see. The videos were too big to email or text so Dropbox provided a nice solution!!
Convenient file access, anytime and from anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to access my important files while on the go via the Dropbox mobile application. There have been times I needed some proof of a key document and thanks to Dropbox I had it at the top of my fingers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes on mobile the app loads slowly.

I can work on projects with my peers and save all my own important documents and files to access
Perfect for my storage needs
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is such an essential part of my workflow in my business, and in my personal life. Not only for storing my files, but I also rely on the Passwords feature quite heavily.
It's easy to use, and allows me to quickly share files with others. Also, it's seamless integration with so many programs is very helpful.

There isn't any downside to dropbox as far as I'm concerned. If I had to pick one thing, I wish it was less expensive.

Dropbox keeps my files securely, backed up, and allows me to easily and quickly share files with other people as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox's sync across devices and computers is invaluable. Save a file on one, find it on another. Almost instantly! While this isn’t a unique feature, it's one that works without miss like other cloud storage systems we've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
What we dislike about Dropbox is that sometimes doesn't always recognize saving certain files via share apps. This isn’t Dropbox's fault, but poor third party implementations of its features.

Dropbox solves the problem of having our files in the cloud and backing up offsite essential files.
One of the 1st and still the best
What do you like best about the product?
First it is easy to use from uploading whatever files you want and then organizing them is a very simple thingas well. One of my favorite things is the fact that I can share individual files or folders with just a link. I can select what users have permissions to wdit or not. Dropbox is easy for a beginner or a professional. Ive been using dropbox way before cellphones and all there other clouds. Drop box has always been there.others come and go. I use my Dropbox for what is important to me. I made sure every computer i installed windows on had a Dropbox on the desktop. The ease of file sharrong and the security cant be beat in my opinion.
