Best cloud storage system I’ve tried
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for the Dropbox desktop app. It's like saving files to my computer. It's also easy to access shared documents without having to login to a website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used other cloud storage solutions, and comparatively there's nothing I dislike about Dropbox. That's why I've gone up to premium plans year after year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy for me to know that all of my documents are backed up, while it also being an organized and easy to use day-to-day file storage system.

It always works as expected. Also integrated with many of my apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. Maybe the requests to consider upgrading.

Offline storage, accessing from multiple devices.

I can have all my documents in one place, and can access tehm from all my devices

Maybe some more free space... if the gave some more free space, like more 10G or so... that would be perfect

Camera uploads are amazing and save a lot of space on my phone.

You could possibly use a lot of computer space if you don't store your items in the cloud.

Dropbox saves me a ton of room on my phone by automatically saving my pictures to the cloud.
Loving Dropbox for more than a decade!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for about 14 years....I absolutely love, love, love it! I wear several hats (I'm a research nurse, musician, household CEO)....and have used Dropbox for large and small projects. (Everything from collaborating international research projects to collaborating with music producers to complete a song "virtually"). I travel a great deal so finding a platform that allows me safely and reliably store everything electronically is a MUST! A few of my favorite features are;the ability to easily "scan" and upload documents from my phone, ability to convert files to word.doc or .pdf, the massive storage capabilities and the capability to "rewind" (or undo) your history so you never lose any important information are a few of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Dropbox daily and although their customer support is good i do wish there was a way to reach them by phone for dropbox pro users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to collaborate by sharing large files with music producers is wonderful. I wish more musicians used dropbox. In my non-musician roles I utilize dropbox all the time. I travel a great deal so finding a platform that allows me safely and reliably store business and personal documents electronically is a MUST! The fact that I can scan and upload from my phone makes it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
We work remotely and transfer large art files back and forth often. We use dropbox to organize and archive our work. Sending links to folders and specific files is amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the syncing on the folders on my computer is cumbersome and not acurate with what is online. This is likely more of a user error on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Archiving, storage of large files and easy access of files.
Excellent product - couldn't work without it!

I can access documents anywhere, from any device, and share woth colleagues and clients when necessary.

Nothing, it's a great product that I use very day.

Both as a backup for documents and as a way to share documents, and access from anywhere.

I am able to access my documents f anywhere. When changes are made it's automatically updated. The phone app is also user friendly.

Nothing, when k discovered Dropbox I was able to stop buying thumb drives. It's my life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own a business and have a very busy work life. It helps me to keep all things in one place. I am also able to save anything I need to keep and access later. I no longer have a thumb drive bag 😂 just need access to my drive. Which can be accessed online and offline. As well as auto updates.
Balancing Multiple Aspects of my Business
What do you like best about the product?
I most appreciate that everything is accessible, no matter which device I am on, and that I can easily (and safely) share content with others and collaborate on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would enjoy the ability to color coordinate folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple devices that all need real-time access to content, Dropbox seamlessly keeps everything synced and makes collaboration easy.
