Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Interface with Strong Encryption for Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, and the drag-and-drop features make it simple to manage files. The encryption is also great for data compliance. I also like that documents can be edited directly in Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is quite dear as you move up plans compared to some of the alternatives. The free version only equips you with 2gb of storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can store files online and collaborate on them with other members of our team, which is much easier than having to email updated versions back and forth.
Easy Anywhere Access and a Smooth Upload Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the upload feature, and I appreciated how easy it was to access from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little high for the monthly subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don’t need to store our data locally anymore. We can upload it to Dropbox and access it from anywhere, which makes things a lot more convenient.
Seamless, Reliable Syncing with a Clean Interface and Peace-of-Mind File Recovery
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is how seamless and reliable the file syncing is across devices. Whether I’m on my laptop, phone, or tablet, my files are always up to date. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and sharing files or folders with others takes just a few clicks. I also appreciate features like file version history and file recovery, which give peace of mind when collaborating or making changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the pricing, especially if you need more storage space. Free storage is quite limited compared to some competitors. Occasionally, large file uploads can take longer than expected, and managing shared folders with many collaborators can become a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of accessing and sharing files across multiple devices and team members without relying on email attachments or USB drives. It keeps everything centralized and automatically backed up. This benefits me by saving time, reducing the risk of losing important files, and making collaboration much more efficient. It allows me to work from anywhere while staying organized and productive.
Dropbox.. a simpler way to send files
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send so many files over and it simplifies my processes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike about dropbox that I was not able to pay for a business account and it wasn't clear that I had the option for a personal one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems it is solving that I can send bulk files that gmail just wasn't allowing me to send. So it has made my life easier.
Easy Cloud Storage and Access Across Devices
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to store files, photos, and videos in the cloud, and I can access them easily from different devices. It’s a real lifesaver compared with hectic file transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only get 2 GB of storage, so the base plan isn’t that great. The real value feels like it’s hidden behind a pricey paywall, so it would be a relief for many people if they increased the free storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of accessing the same files, pics, or vids is basically solved for me. I can easily get to them from different devices and from different parts of the world, so yeah, it’s a huge help when I’m traveling and need access to my files, pics, and vids.
User-Friendly File Storage That Keeps Me Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Because I need to be so organized for my job, Dropbox is my go-to. Everything is super user-friendly and makes storing my large files and assets seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could change one thing, it would be the unreliable upload times. Sometimes uploads go quickly, but other times they take much longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team requires a lot of file and asset sharing, and this is the most seamless way to do that.
Simple, Reliable File Storage with Smooth Sync
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a simple, reliable tool for file storage and sharing. Syncing runs smoothly across devices, and the file version history is a particularly strong feature, making it easy to recover files if something gets changed or deleted by mistake.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can get expensive as storage needs increase, especially for small teams. Also, since Gmail is more widely adopted, small teams that work in consulting and with other external organisations often move to Google Workspace, which can leave Dropbox outside their ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helped us centralize our files and reliably share large assets with both clients and team members. It cut down on the back-and-forth of emailing attachments and made sure everyone could access the most up-to-date versions. Especially early on, it strengthened collaboration for our team and gave us more confidence in file safety.
Time Machine Makes File Recovery Easy with a Well-Organized Folder System
What do you like best about the product?
Time Machine is useful for recovering files, and I also appreciate how its folder system is organized. Creating shareable links for large files is seamless. It’s also very easy to manage access controls, set passwords, and add expiration dates for shared folders, which makes sharing feel straightforward and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the API limits feel too low for certain workflows, which can make it harder to complete tasks smoothly and without interruptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Upload and download files, manage them easily, store backups, and share files when needed.
Ubuntu's Dependable Cloud Storage with Powerful Collaboration Features
What do you like best about the product?
The syncing feature's dependability is what I value most about Dropbox. After installation, it runs silently in the background and automatically updates my phone and laptop. Organizing folders and files is simple thanks to the clear and simple interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is, in my opinion, the biggest disadvantage. Upgrading to higher plans can get costly as storage needs increase, particularly for freelancers or small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of accessing files from various devices and locations is resolved by Dropbox. Everything is safely saved in the cloud and accessible whenever I need it, eliminating the need for me to carry external drives or email files to myself.
