What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access. I like that it is able to configure a public access feature with ease. I have found it easy to install and configure

Send a lot of upselling content to me. I don't like being told about every new feature however irrelevant

I find the security processes to be overly frequent. It's frustrating to be required to verify my account so often

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been a great resource for reliably sharing files that are outside of the Google suite of apps. I’m a photographer and store high-resolution photos in my Dropbox to easily share with clients

The pricing plans are a little expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing high resolution images and larger files outside of my computer helps keep my photography business running smoothly without affecting my hardware. Sharing is seamless!

What do you like best about the product?
I can start working on a file on my laptop and pick up right where I left off on my phone or tablet. The intuitive interface makes organizing and sharing files incredibly easy, and the ability to set granular access controls is a big plus for collaborating with others securely.

While the core functionality is solid, many advanced features—like extended version history or more storage—are locked behind higher-priced plans. Also, occasional sync conflicts can happen when multiple users edit the same file simultaneously.

Dropbox solves the problem of file accessibility, version control, and secure sharing across teams and devices. It eliminates the need for emailing files back and forth or worrying about outdated versions. For me, it ensures I always have the latest documents at hand—whether I’m working remotely, on a different device, or collaborating with others in real time. This boosts productivity and reduces friction in team workflows.

It is solving the fundamental problems of file access, synchronization, sharing, and collaboration in a digital world.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing is that the drag and drop feature which helps to drag and drop files into my folder and it gets available on all of my other devices virtually.

The free storage plan is basic of 2tb which is filled very easily with couple of files. Compared with other storages like google drive and etc its very limited. The other is that if dosnt have a built in office suite, as it is reliable on other external tools.

Best thing is the centralised cloud thing and solves problem of harddisks etc with automatic backup and file recovery.

Centralized repository of files that is accessible by multiple team members.

Adding access to only certain files for some team members can be cumbersome.

Dropbox allows our teams to share files with each other from many parts of our company and from multiple offices.

Is an extra storage for all those files, pictures, and videos that are important, it’s a life saver for when your phone is out of storage

I think the app is going in the right direction, I haven’t found something I dislike so far

Dropbox solves several common problems related to file storage, organization, access, and collaboration. It’s beneficial to me with my limited local storage, lost or damage device or scattered files in multiples devices

It is not tied to a specific software or email. You can share documents easily.

It is like any other cloud storage that has it own issues but nothing glaring.
