What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation for a personal and business use and the number of features available to share a document between peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited free storage and a bit expensive paid plans are a cause of concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it is solving a great issue of sharing document or files between users .
Fast upload speed, have mobile app, desktop app and web access
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the cloud storage that is fast for upload and download speed. It has mobile phone apps (android and ios), desktop app also can access from website that is easy for me to access my data any where.
It can be used as the backup for my computer and mobile phone. The customer support is good, they reply my questions promptly. I used it everyday for store my data and also use the cloud syn app to sync with my synology NAS. It very easy to implement with synolgy nas with just a few clicks.

I used dropbox for cloud storage and backup my data. I can access my data any where from my phone, laptop...
A storage service that can fit all needs
What do you like best about the product?
The cross device availability means I can have important documents anywhere I go

There's no particular downside I can think of, though the recent UI redesigns for some platforms arent the best.

Nothing! It works!! I don’t have any issue with the service. Pricing would be nice for long term users but not a deal breaker

It was extremely easy to use with the drag and drop feature. I used it for many documents throughout my career

The storage isn’t a very big and overtime I did have to delete some documents

Dropbox keeps everything in sync between my multiple Macs and all my mobile devices. What really makes it useful is sharing files with clients and colleagues who are all over the map with their tech - some are on Windows, others on different phones, and it doesn't matter. I just share a folder link and everyone can access what they need instantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Dropbox is the hassle of having to click items to make them available offline.

Managing a lot files for multiple clients, plus personal files, over multiple devices and collaborating with clients and colleagues.
Simply the Best Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
To be honest, Dropbox was the first cloud storage we started using. Not only that, but Dropbox was also the first to hear about such a system. We've been using Dropbox for about 12 years now, and we continue to do so today. File Syncing is one of the things we love about Dropbox the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a service has been used for more than ten years, it is because there are no major problems with it. Some time ago, I faced some problems with Real Time Syncing in Dropbox's Desktop Application. It was resolved in a later update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many documents that need to be processed at the same time for our needs. Since our main job is content writing, we don't know which document will be needed at any given time. The main benefit of Dropbox is that we can store all the materials in one place and give them to the coworker who needs them as needed. Apart from Dropbox's document storage, one of the features we use the most is Dropbox's Paper feature. It is definitely a great alternative to Google Docs.
Dropbox is really easy to use.

I like using dropbox because it easy to use and I know I can access the data I need at any time from anywhere in the World. I also use it for sharing files with my friends and clients which is also easy to do with dropbox.

There are no downsides to using dropbox.
