I really love the mobile app and the continuous photo backup. I also think dropbox is great for file management when working with a team

Best Basic File-Sharing Cloud Space Out There!
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use and extremely basic in layout. It makes sharing files very easy, especially video and photo content. Additionally, their customer support is responsive and their help forums are detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cloud system have overtaken my disk on occasion due to complicated back-up systems. This could be a good thing for an advances user, but for me it was confusing and I needed customer service help to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving large zip file sharing of content and creating a space for all of my creative files to live. It allows painless content sharing in my team.

Ease of Use in terms of loading and managing files and sharing

Very confusing all the different levels of servcie. I often get messages saying I need to buy up, but they are not clear

Sharing pre data room Data with lenders and investors prior to setting up formal data room
Excellent cloud storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
As a photographer, I love being able to access my files from anywhere. Additionally, having dropbox helps keep my computer healthy so that I can run robust applications like Photoshop andcapture one at the same time without showing any signs of memory degradation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used a lot of memory so it feels that fast. I just need to find a way to automate the backups to my local server. This is not a dislike. It’s just a learning point for me.

To store data externally, off of my computer

I like how everything is all in one spot and I can find things easily from many devices. We use it every day and never have an issue.

We really don't have one - we have been able to do everything we need.

Great cloud organization and storage
What do you like best about the product?
DropBox is super easy to use, it's a great way to organize projects, documents, etc. I love that you can open a file in DropBox "for the web" so you can go in and make changes/edits easily and immediately without having to open another program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm, I don't think there is anything I can think of that I dislike.

Having a remote team, Dropbox allows us to easily share, edit, and store documents our team needs.
Very good for off-line storage
What do you like best about the product?
I was introduced to dropbox when a personal trainer. I met at the gym used it to keep client progress data to share with them. Once other apps, I used incorporated dropbox into their services, I started using dropbox and it is very convenient to store documents online and to access it when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little tricky to figure out how to change the saving settings to different folders.

It solves me from not having to dig or find documents that I need to review.

Invaluable for document control, personal and professional
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of which the apps on mobile and the desktop client, along with the web, allow me to keep documents synchronized across all my platforms, and the web if I need it. Keeping the most up to date version at my fingertips and clear, it allows me to work on things from whatever place is convenient. While I've only had to use it twice over the last decade, the 30+ day recovery feature has saved my bacon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only two things I've had issue with. The camera uploads feature from mobile sometimes has a delay, regardless of signal from my device. I'm never 100% confident my images are uploaded timely. Also, I wish they had larger storage plans than 3 GB outside of family or business plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to keep large amounts of misc., images, video, and data content safe and easily accessible. It allows me to manage that content, keep it organized, and know its backed up.
