Professional, fast, intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is one of many online storage software is to use, but I believe it's one of the most experienced. Having so much experience, I believe that it is very reliable. It's been syncing to the desktop for a while and I think it's worked out a lot of the kinks.
I mainly use dropbox to collaborate with other content creators, and the ability to keep gigabytes worth of media, both off-line and off-line to work with seamlessly with other collaborators makes this a fantastic choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the folder structure UI navigation is not very intuitive and often times confusing. It goes for a very clean approach, but it does not feel very intuitive. And overhaul of the UI would be welcomed, as long as the functionality continues to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem dropbox is solving is the limitation of sharing large quantities of media amongst collaborators remotely. We create videos for marketing and advertising on a daily basis, and work with terabytes worth of video footage. Since our entire team works remotely, sharing physical storage devices simply would not work.
Dropbox enables us to seamlessly share our media between our team and content rapidly while also working remotely. As long as you have a good Internet connection, you can run a full video production studio all across the world.

It makes it very handy for me to edit (and have edited) shared documents with my co-workers.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of recalling past sheets, if there is a mistake and items are lost. There is a peace of mind in knowing there is that backup feature, if need be.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dropbox does not always update right away for my devices at home. Probably user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can update financial documents in real time for my Director, even if she is at a conference. It is really helpful

I like that things are instantly backed up.

Can always use more space for less of a charge.

Instant back ups and cloud integration not to take up so much space on my computer.

I like the organization and the improvements that have been made over time to make navigation easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not specifically a Dropbox issue but an issue with every cloud storage provider. It's the challenge of finding files and making sure you know where things are and making this is easy.

Allows me to organize documents I use for my business. Gives me an easy way to share and collaborate with outside people as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike Google Docs, which has caused me awful problems, I never have a problem sending a link to a collaborator.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the default to be "All Files" instead of suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox over the years has allowed my whole team to work with huge files without a hitch. I like that I can just send a link to individuals who are not on my "share" list without getting them involved in a lot of rigamarole. I also like that it's fast uploading and downloading. The preview feature is good.
Intuitive and Helpful - A real space saver for your device!
What do you like best about the product?
While cloud storage is not a new concept, it is not often you encounter a platform that provides such user-friendly tools. Dropbox is a reliable solution that makes it easy to organize, access, and share files across devices. Its clean interface and seamless syncing capabilities are especially helpful for both individual users and teams. The integration with other tools and platforms, like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, adds to its versatility.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only frustration is that renaming a file can be unintuitive—an extra click often opens a preview sidebar instead of letting you edit the name directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving storage on devices, shareability outside my direct organization; we do not grant external google drive access, so Dropbox feels like neutral territory.

It's easy to use and easy to share links with others to access files and images.

Sometimes other users complain when I send them a link that they cannot download, that it says they need to pay for an account.

When I'm not able to email large files, this is a perfect way to do so.
Works well for file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to quickly share large files with clients and coworkers. I like the ability to select who can see which files/directories. It allows me to share selected file folders with a client without exposing other folders to that client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are less intuitive than I would like. As an infrequent user, sometimes I have to poke around in the menus to find what I am looking for.

The ability to share or transmit large files with clients and coworkers without clogging anyone's email.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how high quality the videos are and how quick it can be shared to multiple people.
What do you dislike about the product?
You only get 30 mins to watch the video if you can't add it to your dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting my game film efficiently and being able to edit my highlights.
