Why I do all my work through Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox helps me stay organized between computers at work, at home and while traveling. By keeping all my important work, especially work in progress, on Dropbox, I have access to my files wherever I am working.
Another feature that I count on is the backup feature for my various computers. For those files that I don't have on Dropbox, I can always retrieve them through the backup copies. This has saved me much time and energy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Dropbox is too helpful. There are times when I want to only have local copies of things, and it puts them on Dropbox anyway. And when I am copying a file using a USB drive, or connecting my phone, it is always trying to back them up, when I don't really need to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me manage and back up my files. It also provides access to all my important work regardless of where I am working or which computer I happen to be using.
DropBox is an essential tool for my music production and collaboration process between artists.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to listen to mixes on multiple devices and share music with collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
A better GUI for listening to music. Like hitting the space bar for "play and stop", etc.

Music collaboration and sharing of music files and sessions.
I use Dropbox for more than 10 years and it has never let me down.

It just works! It will never disappoint you and it works with linux.

Free tier has limited storage space, just 2GB, which is enough for documents, but not photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing documents with Dropbox Transfer, when they are big enough, gmail can't attach them.
I use it for a nonprofit (USPS) and find it difficult to send pictures to our editor and Commodore

I can open the process and add material easily.

Moving material that is viewed difficult.

I am not a busness, but volunteer in a not for profit boating organization (United States Power Squadrons, Americas boating Club) I use the system to distritute organization pictures to several newsletter editors, and unit elected officials.

it is easy for beginners, it gives you a lot of free space that you can have your files to the cloud and access them from anywhere. Also I like the sign feature in pdfs

I found hard to share some links to others. If the other is not a dropbox user he cannot see the link

Synchronization to all devices. I can use my mobile phone camera to take pictures and get them to my desktop pc for editing rather than using my compact camera and then connection a usb cable to make the transfer

What i like a bout the Dropbox is that you can saved any files you want easily and quickly without paying it.You can also view the files you saved offline which is very helpful if you dont have wifi connection.

I would say the limited free storage since im using cost-free.

Great way to Access All My Files Across Many Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to access all my data across all my devices at home, work and from my phone. Great for when I get new devices too.

My clients are now being asked to pay to access files I want to share with them. They used to be able to download them freely.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox's focus is on storing, accessing and managing files in the cloud and it does it very well. The key features like speed and reliability are in order. Managing files across multiple devices is very smooth, and in several years there have been no file-related issues that were caused by Dropbox.

What do you dislike about the product?
Scaling has been made unnecessarily difficult for a small company. If there are only two members in the team, it seems difficult to find a suitable subscription model.

The most important thing is transferring data between different stakeholders. The creative work process slows down significantly if file management takes up too much attention.
