Great for my business
What do you like best about the product?
The most important things about Dropbox for me are that it maintains folder structure for my files, manages all types of file fomats and shares easily. It is a must for my business. I use it daily and prefer it to OneDrive for it's flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall for me is not being able to change how I see the files (view).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share folders with clients in a specified way.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been a stable platform from the very beginning, one of the first cloud storage solutions. It was always very easy to use and implement especially since using the product every day was a very important aspect of the product. I was able to implement the product into many of my coworkers daily use, integrating it into our existing scheme at that time. I has a lot of features I use such as the system tray app which works really well. Can't say much about their customer support because the program has always worked so I never really had a chance to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost associated with storage is somewhat higher than the free education version of Drive and Onedrive.

Basic sharing of files is really easy

I don't have complaints about Dropbox. I like it's ease of use.

I"m not sure, as I have no problems with it now.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the file storage and sharing capabilities. And the amount of storage that we can have for our business helps us not to worry about storing photos, documents, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
My PC can only handle syncing so many files on the local drive. Would be nice to have access to all my DB files on my PC.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, integrated even without having an account, seamless uploading and sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues adding people to a shared folder but typically it gets resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files with people outside of my organization. We often have to share large files that won't fit in an email and dropbox solves this problem.

Works flawlessly, scanning feature with phone camera.

I have not faced any problems. It works good for my needs.

Sharing info with employees and accountants is very easy. Helps speed up scanning of documents using dropbox app.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and I feel my documents and photos are secure on Dropbox. My files and photos upload to Dropbox effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know of any downsides to using Dropbox.

It is very easy to share documents and files with co-workers no matter where they are or what device they are accessing at the time.
Great platform for sharing with clients
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very user friendly for myself and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative is the yearly subscription fee being a bit higher than I'd prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to store client photos indefinitely, which also allows clients to have ready access to their photos.

I can auto transfer my pics from my phone to my desktop, as well as share files easily with others.

Sometimes phone app doesn't automatically transfer to desktop.

Dropbox is particular about certain file types and doesn't play nice with my backup software when backing up to DropBox as a cloud destination

No problems...secondary option for Cloud storage
