The best and easiest shared drive!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Dropbox because it is the easiest shared drive I have ever used on all my platforms. It is like having a usb drive magically appear without additional special formatting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change about Dropbox is the limit of 3 free accounts. I could use 5-6 venues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work off my iPhone, laptop and desktops at home and 3 work sites. Dropbox allows me to have my files available wherever/whenever I need them.
Good Cloud Service
What do you like best about the product?
Good macOS integration. It works seamlessly and you mostly can't differentiate between cloud and local files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of collaboration features. Wish there was a google docs like functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files between teams and controlling access to different parties
Great way to access important files on any device
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is great at keeping files easily accessible. I use different devices - work laptop, home laptop, iPad, iPhone - and I can get any important file anywhere. I literally use it every day. Plus, the free storage credits for referrals make it a great deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the sync with the native Mac app isn't exactly real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my documents live and accessible regardless of device or operating system.
Excellent for Teachers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of space Dropbox has for me to keep all my teaching resources. I no longer have to save anything to my work laptop and I can access them from anywhere. I also love the ability to share files and/or folders through email, links, or text messages. Dropbox helps me stay organized in all areas of my life, not only ar work. I love that i can access it throudh the computer app, the website, and the mobile app. Dropbox literally makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about using Dropbox. It has been a lifesaver many times for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes sure I stay organized as a teacher. We do lots of collaborative work among my team, and being able to access and share files immediately, from anywhere keeps us moving and functioning.
Great for organizing photos
What do you like best about the product?
I love Dropbox. It allows me to organize all my photos into files and allows me to store more photos than my devices can store. Also allows me to access my Photos photos on one device instead of over multiple flash drives.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to upload a bunch of photos and it gets kind of costly on the upgrades

It allows everybody to access your photos for projects
World's Easiest Backup for Your Computer
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get it setup, Dropbox makes backing up a breeze. It also makes it simple to share files, or to open up files on another computer.

The setup is not intuitive and it's too easy to skip over folders. So you may think it's backed up, but it's not

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for personal storage like my walk-in photos for renting my condo and general overflow of photos on my phone. I also use it for work. I save a variety of files, photos, videos, and large document scans. Dropbox is always easy to use and does everything I need it to.

Nothing that I can think of right now. I enjoy using Dropbox

It helps with storage capabilities and file organization.
Okay to use, but the whole 'look' could do with a major update.
What do you like best about the product?
Arguably the only place to send, store, receive large files. Everyone uses it so I have to as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's utterly hideous and remids me of the days I was using Windows 95

Doesn't really do either, other than the fact that the poeple I work with use it, so I have to as well. It seems to be the only main option for sedning, receiving and storing large files for a group to work on simultaneously.

Cost of the product is somewhat high I feel. It could be a larger storage for the price
