Meets all needs
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is simple to use but sophisticated in design. It works extremely well with many platforms, including Google, Microsoft, and Apple. I've never had trouble with my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. DOcument dates in the "recent" docs view would be nice but that is quibbling. It is really functional, which is all I require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant and independent writer I have several activities going at the same time. Dropbox allows me to sort different activities and keep them separate and well-organized by keeping Dropbox simple and functional.
I like it. It’s a great storage platform for business and court

I hope it continues to improve storage and pricing

Easy syncing between laptop and cloud, set and forget.

Mobile app UI not the clearest. Occasionally a client can't seem to access folders after being added as editor.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to access my files from anywhere, any device and with ease. The ability to send them immediately in app is great as well! I use Dropbox everyday for work and the ability to do so is what got me as a customer over a decade ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like when I move files to rearrange that the links used to share the file originally no longer work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to keep all of my files in a secure location, with the ability to restore, and keep them off my computer therefore keeping my computer running fast and up to my needs.
Loaded with Features. Powerful, Effective and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox stands head and shoulders above the rest in ease of use, quality and quantity of features. It's nearly impossible to get it wrong. No dead or broken links, no waiting for clients or customers to approve access. It's just intuitive and simple. I use Dropbox every single day, and it's saved me countless times
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. The sheer quantity of features, while a good thing on face value, can become overwhelming without clearer organization. I've avoided a few features that I'm sure could be useful simply because there was too much overload
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have my entire working project folder backed up to Dropbox, allowing for seamless backups and project sharing throughout the process. I also use it for sharing with clients
Everything in one place

Dropbox is my go to for file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a photographer and Dropbox makes it so easy to share my high resolution photos quickly to my clients. Out of all the file sharing sites it is the easiest most professional way to do so. I left google drive is the dust years ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get kicked out of the folders I am creating back to the main page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me share large files easily.
great product, reliable storage, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I use it frequently to upload pictures from my camera ... makes it extremel easy, and nicely handles attempts at re-uploading the same pictures (e.g., at 2PM I might say "upload all of today's pictures" to the Photos app, and then I point it to Dropbox. If I do same thing at 6 PM, the Photos app isn't smart enough to strip out the already uploaded ones, but the Dropbox app is!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Apple screwed you over by changing macOS such that the size of files in my Dropbox don't show up.
I think you should abandon their proprietary, and limited, interface and use (perhaps) FUSE, so you can make all my cloud files *really look* like they're local!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I easily share files of 100 MB to 10 GB via Dropbox. Without it, the other cloud alternatives are a bit more awkward to use.
