Been great for about 8 years now
What do you like best about the product?
I work on a small team (mother and son) and we need to share documents in a single space. We both work on mac, and we upload EVERYTHING onto our 1tb dropbox accoun-- work files, utility bills, taxes etc.
It's been a great place to keep our lives organized, both work and personal, and we can use it across multiple computers and phones.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to save my work on a safe cloud space, and share it with teammates. It allows me peace of mind, knowing if my computer is stolen, none of my pertinent information is on this computer-- it's all on dropbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a great tool to store content and send without reducing the quality of the photos and videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more space available for users who don't have the resources to pay for Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me sort my content and forward to others without reducing the quality of my videos over email.
Loving the storage for my business. It’s super handy for file sharing with other staff!

Great for smaller video and voice memo files!
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow upload time for longer videos, I have to use another platform for longer videos because Dropbox doesn't upload them successfully.

None that I know of.

I love that Dropbox integrates seamlessly with my computers filing system and sharing is so easy. Makes using multiple computers a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how secure Dropbox is beyond that it is password protected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to share files with my clients, synch up files across multiple computers (and phones), and to free up hard drive space.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy for me to transfer large files whilst conducting my day to day business activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow to upload items through Dropbox sometimes.

The transfer of very large files. Dropbox seamlessley handles all of my photography files with ease.

Easy to setup, add to many devices and OS integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is a bit steepy. The desktop sync sometimes doesn't work properly.

Storing files to access in multiple devices, sharing files securely.

It is easy to organize all of my files and save me ton of storage on my desktop.

Sometimes there are login issues that prevent easy sharing

We have tons of videos that we edit and share with clients and one another, Dropbox is our primary method of collaboration and sharing files.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to share files with anyone. Great access from all my devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I need to upload video files using an iPad. The problem is that the Dropbox app stops uploading when I lock my screen. If I place files in a Dropbox folder (like on a computer), the upload fails if my internet connection is unstable (for example, while driving), often resulting in multiple duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send a lot of files to my editor or to my client. Content collaboration is great, they can write comments so my workflow is much faster

fast and solid, can be very well organized, that's all I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
the audio player could be improved despite being already nice.

I produce music and it's useful to share music stems

I like the shared folder option so that I can work on documents with coworkers and students
