My overall experience is good but there are some points that sould be addressed to improve
What do you like best about the product?
the ease of use and the ease to access it anytime through my laptop or my mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
the space of free tier is small and should be increased.
the free tier only allows its user to use it on 3 devices and I think it should be unlimited.

It allows me to easily save and access my file online.
Dropbox has been my cloud storage provider for more than a decade.
What do you like best about the product?
It has been easy to manage and use all these years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish my Dropbox files were better encrypted like some other cloud services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is my cloud backup. I place all client files on Dropbox in the event I lose data stored on my computers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it integrates with your dektop. I don't need to log in online to access my files. I can organize files however I want. I also love how robust and automated it is when it detects new files and prompts to ask where you would like to back it up to dropbox or to your desktop. Seamless integration between devices.I love that you can work off files from Dropbox. I use it all the time to send large files to clients for download. For me, I find it better than Google Drive.

Not much really. It does everything I need it to do.

Easy to use storage and cloud content sharing
I Have Been Enjoying Dropbox For Over 3 Years
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful aspect of Dropbox is the amount of storage it offers to save photos and videos that may have otherwise been lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disklike the pricing for some of the plans, however they are not as high as other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On the business side of Dropbox, I like that I am able to safety store important documents and not having to worry about them getting lost.

Integration with systems and applications making cloud backup seamless.

I have no issues. Been using for awhile and it works well.

Ability to share and collaborate on content.
DropBox is a Strong Tool For Business
What do you like best about the product?
It meets my OCD tendencies to be extremely organized. I create a dropbox folder for each client I serve, and always know the important documents and files are always associated with their names and transactions. It's amazing and efficient to always be able to go back into old files and be able to find information needed, and in addition I can provide important information to the clients when they need it in the future. I never delete a dropbox folder, and I can keep them in my archives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do NOT have any downsides to dropbox. My dropbox syncs with all my devices, So I never have to wait for files to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All files are my dropbox file and sync to all of my devices

Dropbox keeps all my most valuable stuff safe from hardware crashes

Dropbox did not warn me when it was going to charge my credit card for renewal, resulting in the wrong card being charged

Dropbox keeps my stuff safe, and makes it possible to share large files that can't be emailed.

It syncs with my computer and on my phone it is organized the same. I love the scan to file. It's great for a family and a small business.

At times it takes a while for it to sync.

I really don't have any dislikes. Being greedy I wish it was cheaper for more space.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of storage for professional photos and videos. This has been a great place to store high res images while I'm creating albums from all our family shoots! Relatively easy to operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that the monthly cost is 100% justified at its current rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of low storage space on my computer! Saves me from having to purchase a flash drive or hard drive for the time being.
