Quick, effective, and useful!

What do you like best about the product?
As an educator, I find Dropbox easy to use and helpful for navigating situations with students where I need to receive an assignment or artistic submission that exceeds the MB limit of email or LMS. As a researcher, I find it helpful for centralizing data with a team, and keeping projects organized in one place, without some of the drawbacks of Sharepoint or Drive such as constant need for email verification. The ability to integrate it into my desktop is also deeply helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the upload times to Dropbox can be quite slow, though perhaps that is to blame on institutional internet. I also find myself wishing for more customizable options in view/display.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to access content between a team/students that exceeds the file size limits of other platforms such as email, as well as a place to store large files sizes in my work as an artist and researcher.
