Great way to share and store files!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using dropbox since I was in highschool almost 10 years ago! I have never had any problems with their website and or app. Now that I am pursing my Master's degree, I am always on the move, the desktop app helps me have all my files synced on various devices, super easy to setup what folders I can sync, so I use it everyday to keep my files with me all the time.

Essential tool for my business
What do you like best about the product?
Given the remote nature of our Legal Practice, Dropbox has become an essential tool to be able to share documents both within and without our organization. Large files that can not be sent to opposing Counsel via email, can be shared via Dropbox.

Having used this service for many years, I have yet to come upon a drawback. When nearing the storage capacity, Dropbox has notified our team, and we have been able to increase the size without too much hurt to the purse strings.

What do you like best about the product?
Sending, tracking, sharing, and automatic sync with your computer using their app and It does exactly what you want. Fast, secure, reliable, and easy to set up and use. The best part, your shares don't require the sent or shared to be in the Gmail ecosystem, or any other for that matter. Your shares or transferred files can be tied securely with a password, tied to a person's direct account, or simply a download link that can be forwarded to those who need it. Worth it in every way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UX / interface changes seemed aimed either at phone users or to simplify things, don't quite hit the mark for me. I'm not a fan of moving things around and making giant buttons for thing that don't need them. There's an app for phones and tablets. I'm not a fan of scrolling up to near the top to do things, then back down, repeat. It's a minor thing in the grand scale of the goodness I get from Dropbox. But you asked lol, please stop making baby mode, or at least make it an optional switch, not the default we all have to live with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting, sharing, and sending videos, workparts, scripts, and files to and from agencies, clients, manufactures, and freelancers is fantastic. Sure now there are a lot of options. But I don't want to worry about if that person has a gmail account, or if they know about or trust a "new way" to share files. And I absolutely don't want to use one vendors file sharing when we edit and produce using many types of software. One universal file share everyone knows about and trusts is what I want to use.

Dropbox is an essential tool for my family's use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is great for sharing and editing files among my family members. Iike that I can easily copy a link to a file or folder and share it with someone via text or email. I also like that it can used to store some applications I use across different PC's. I find it to be very reliable, secure, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with Dropbox is that I've occasionally had issues sharing a worksheet or document with someone who had trouble openeing the document on their mobile device. When this happened recently, I was able to open the file and check access on my own phone and couldn't understand why others couldn't. I checked the access rights, etc. and couldn't figure out the problem. After multiple attempts and re-creating the sharing link it finally worked. I'm not sure what I possibly did wrong (if anything), so it made me question ifDropbox was still the best option for sharing files to someone using a mobile device (vs. a desktop PC, which seems to have no issues).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my application, it solves the issue of having to share a file back and forth via email for editing. It saves time and effort.
