It just works
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a reliable tool that just works the way it is supposed to. Unlike some applications which have UI quirks that are ever-present and frustrating, Dropbox just IS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the premium tiers are prohibitively expensive for ordinary users. Business aren't the only ones who need large spce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leeps documents safe and where I can find them quickly.
My go to for sharing files
What do you like best about the product?
I can save large files that I will need toshare. It allows me to store many things and free up my laptop's storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have any dislikes other than possibly a more aesthetically attractive interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main "problem" DropBox sloves for me is allowing for very easy sharing of files/folders
I literally use dropbox for every image
What do you like best about the product?
I store folders and folders of work on dropbox and this has saved me a few times as well as giving my clients a piece of mind always having access to their cherished photographs.
I've used Dropbox for over 5 years and I'd say I probably use it 4-5 times a week. The password options give my clients privacy. It's very simple to add members to folders and give them permissions that only a "main" user would have and thats ideal when working with clients who want primary access.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much dropbox really needs to change. Maybe the client viewing could be a little more attractive but that is all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides easy file sharing and storage with a simple directory for myself and other member that may be collaborating
Dropbox allowed me to share large files and groups of files efficiently with colleagues.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to share large files and groups of files securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to share files with our auditor and allows me to share different groups of files with different user groups.
Useful for work and storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is accessible and has loads of storage space. It is simple to use for most people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that it can be clunky to sync across devices once there is many folders on the dropbox. Also i find it difficult to keep track of how to quickly and easily upload pictures from my phone. They always want to automatically go to onedrive and I wish they could automatically go to drop box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy to share large files between colleagues and is a place for storage that we can all access. There are some concerns at the institution about the security and the international jurisdiction underwhich the data is stored.
I've Looked Around but Nothing Compares
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Dropbox is its dependability. From past experiences, I've used other cloud-based storage platforms but nothing compares. Dropbox just makes everything so simple - simple to upload, simple to share with others, you name it. Whenever someone mentions what they use, I look into it just to see if it's worth the change but I've always decided to stay with Dropbox. I have it synced to my laptop and use it every single day for both business and personal things. I'll likely never change.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick a few things, I would love it if I could save things like Google Docs or Google Sheets in my account. I know that Microsoft's cloud software allows you to link to those docs and you're able to open and update the files while in their platform. That would make things so much easier since I use Google Docs and Sheets religiously with my clients.
Implementation wasn't very smooth... Syncing it to my computer was such a hassle. So much so, that I needed to contact customer support for help because my system was duplicating files - one saved on my hard drive and another on Dropbox. I honestly don't know what we did to make it work but it does! Once it was setup though, I instantly took to the setup and easily integrated it into my day-to-day.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage! I own a marketing agency that offers graphic design services among other things. Design files can be massive in size so to say that Dropbox helps me manage my business is an understatement. I don't even want to think about how I would manage my files with an external drive. I did that before software like Dropbox showed up and it was a nightmare. I had an external drive just die on me and I lost everything. With Dropbox, I have the ease of mind knowing that my files and my business are safe.
Can't live without it !
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to keep business and personal info at the touch of a finger, and share different info with different people... Genious. Been using it for 10 + years, and have referred 200 + business associates !
What do you dislike about the product?
Loved when it was free... but well worth the cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Already discussed
No Fear of Losing Anything
What do you like best about the product?
I work completely off the Cloud now and store everything (even my desktop) in Dropbox. After losing a few computers, I never keep anything on my hard drive. Everything is saved to Dropbox. I can easily share for collaborations in business and in my personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, I found it hard to download documents when using my ipad, but it's been a while since I've tried, so there might have been improvements already. Other than that, no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files is much easier. I don't have to worry about password protection. I don't even have to remember to send files when we share a folder.
