Dropbox is an excellent service.
What do you like best about the product?
It says all of my images and to send to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not enough storage space in Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending images to clients.

File requests - they are very convenient for collecting info from clients

I wish I could do file requests where I ask for multiple items that would get uploaded to "sections", and also the ability for clients to rename the files or select the category of them

Coauthorship of projects and storage for non-sensitive data
It's been helpful but not as good as it used to be nor like Google Drive

It is usually pretty consistent. Google Drive often "disappears" when i used FIle Manager or try to retrieve documents

Hard to share with others.

It is providing a reliable back up to my many documents and larger files. If my computer breaks down or my hard drive is damaged, i know i can access Dropbox

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It's efficient, easy and quick to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had more free space to download
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly saving all my personal documents. I also used to use it for school and some work docs (mainly certificates and forms)

I love that you can maintain the folder structure so that documents and photography can stay organized, as if you were on a server.

I wish it was easier to toggle between folders within folders

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to store many of my important documents for easy availability whether I am home or traveling. I also use it to transfer documents to others as needed. It is secure, easy to use, and accepted by most associates.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I struggle with the mobile app to find files I want to view on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to documents I need without having to remote into my work computer.
Practical, easy to use and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It's always there when you need it, but invisible when you don't. You get in for the basic usage, and then you realise the number of useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had better for simultaneous editing of files, namely .tex files.

I can easily collaborate with people on shared folders, even those that are not tech savy.
The Dropbox is easy to use.

It would be nice to have more gigabytes for storing files
