Reliable cloud storage and seamless collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive UI, collaboration and real-time editing that enhance my team's work. Also one can acess documents from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I like it much, but the free plan has limited storage also the pricing is quite high as compared to the competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No doubt it solves the storage problem. It eliminates the need for email attachments, reducing clutter and improving workflow efficiency. And the integration with other services makes it way more of my liking.

Its a good platform for storageing data and sharing the file through that also a better option, its too iser friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has a very easy integration interface with Mac and makes it very easy to use files. The Sync tool to and from the cloud works seamlessly. Installation is simple. follow the instructions and you're there. I was plesantly surprised to find the online storage keeps files for 30 days after they have been deleted. A colleague had incorrectly deleted files (thinking it was deleting locally, not remotely) and thought the info was lost. I helped them locate backups in dropbox 2 days after they had been deleted and restored everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
In their early years, they offered generous free limits for users who invited new users to the platform. I introduced over a dozen people and gained a 4gb limit. Over the past 12 months they are using every available tactic they can to make me pay for a bigger plan. I appreciated when they didn't try to squeeze me constantly. Including in app alerts and such.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I can upload and share large files, from campaign assets to project documents, with my team. Considering we work in a fast-paced environment, this is a very reliable and efficient tool to stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I could say I dislike about Dropbox, but if I had to mention something it would be that free storage is a little bit limited. So we had to upgrade to a paid plan since we work with a large volume of files. But overall, these are minor issues compared to the overall usefulness of the platform.

It helps me with keeping all marketing files in one place and making it easy to share with my team, not having to deal with a lot of email attachments, etc.

The free space of 2 GB is not enough for initial testing for an organization to consider purchasing a subscription.

UI UX is simple and minimal. No confusion at all.

Very limited space. Should figure out a way to increase space for single users.

Still trying things out - desktop app is quirky
What do you like best about the product?
I like the new features for editing and searching plus dropbox has always been my go to for sharing large files and sharing online files by link. Their desktop app for Windows has bugs or its just my system. I have had to reinstall it more than once. Just using website for now. I noticed the 3 major cloud servers (Dropbox, Google Drive, and iCloud Drive) cost exactly the same at the different tiers. I plan to use all 3 for different purposes at different tiers. Still working out which gets the top level.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned the Desktop App for Windows has been glitchy for me so I don't use it now. And like its competitors there is no way to merge multiple accounts - but it is not so hard to download from one or another. And still cannot transfer files to or from other cloud accounts without downloading to a pc. And since I am not using the desktop app, the file manager on the website is a tad unhelpful. But I still have new tools to try out if they are available in my tier. I would suggest use the free trial and see if it works for you.
