What do you like best about the product?

Platform SDK support was lacking a year ago but it has improved

What do you like best about the product?
All of the features we need -- from community chat to live video are packed together in one convenient product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical documents could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to create a sense of community for our platform and sendbird checks all those boxes by using Chat and Live features.

Little flexibility in the plans available for contracting. There could be an SDK version for Flutter

We use sendbird as the backend of our in-app communication platform

What do you like best about the product?
The complexity of implementing a messaging solution in-house is prohibitive, but sendbird makes it relatively simple. The performance is great, and we haven't experienced any downtime. The dashboard is easy to use. We have a good relationship with support, PMs, and solution architects at sendbird as well.

The new AI Chatbot feature is exciting, and the dashboard makes it easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had issues with the react native SDKs that have required a considerable amount of back and forth with the sendbird team (and eventually required a fix). This delayed one of our releaeses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without sendbird it would be prohibitively time consuming and expensive to provide in app chat across users on our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the seamless messaging and ways to read the messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit more organized, I think the messages should be more sorted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps message the consumer easily and keep all messages within a space which we can all access and utilize.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily and effectively communicate with my customers and transfer tickets throughout different teams internally

Notes can be seen to customers when it should be internal

Sendbird is allowing me to live chat with customers to help resolve any issues that they are encountering and help communications between different internal teams

Price is expensive compared to some of the competitors

What do you like best about the product?
Sendbird makes it easy to setup a messaging app. The api are well designed and documentation is easy to navigate. The Dashboard is intuitive and support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be costly. But far cheaper than writing all these wonderful features from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed group communication for our clients and live chat during client live-streams. Sendbird has helped us get both up, running and working smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Left stand menu for options make it simpler. I can simply extract up to date reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, reports have contradiction. we extract reports daily but after 30 days, it shows conflict.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are organizing communication with customer via chat and calls.
