Accurate field data collection and sharing with a simple customisable interface

What do you like best about the product?
We use Fulcrum to collect accurately geo-located data in the field to support environmental compliance monitoring on the words two larges offshore windfarms. The ability to collect and monitor compliance changes along with sending notifications to maintenance and operations staff from the field means we can monitor the compliance accurately and simply.
Doing this over the 70km worksite length with paper forms and separate pictures would have been impossibly complex and unmanageable.
The use of workflows, client viewing of the data and webhooks, along with the new customizable report are fantastic functions.
Be willing to invest your time learning how to create your own app. It took me a few days until I had the final product I wanted, but there are enough resources/tutorials out there between the Fulcrum website and Youtube that will guide you along the process
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to attach pdf documents is an irritation and would be a good development to have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining of workflows - sending site reports to nominated mailboxes from the field save time and creates an audit trail

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to capture large amounts of data on a flexible platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking the ability to create lines and polygons inside the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the need to capture large amounts of utility infrastructure information. Benefits have primarily been in time saved over manually tabulating and processing data.

Streamline inspection workflows

What do you like best about the product?
We use fulcrum to record issue on construction sites and really appreciate the modular design, adjustable and member-based payment plans. Data-event, python library and data shares have been wrapped into mail, analysis and reporting tools (shiny and similar). Great front-end, good no-code configuration and excellent API functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more affordable or allow user groups to use the same logins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inspection and communication workflow for open space and facility management, construction management.

Fulcurm for geological data collection

What do you like best about the product?
Easily customizable data entry fields and easy syncing between devices and offline maps. I like that Fulcrum functions on both iOS & Android mobile operating systems. Fulcrum as a company are attentive to our needs and queries. I have often recommended Fulcrum to other geoscientists looking for a mobile data collection solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to capture polygon features & the inability to sync between devices or back up to a computer without an internet connection. As we use Fulcrum in areas devoid of cell phone service it would be nice to be able to back up our work between mobile devices and / or a computer using Bluetooth or a cable transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Fulcrum for reconnaissance style geological mapping and data collection in areas which do not have mobile coverage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always road test your apps and maps before using Fulcrum offline.

What do you like best about the product?
Fulcrum is very customization. As our company grows and we discover new and better ways to convey the repairs that are needed to the customer, we are able to edit both how the repairs are documented and how they are shown to the customer to make the management process of the job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have found that would make Fulcrum easier for my field technicians is the coloring of repair items so it wasnt as mono-chromatic. They have to carefully search to find the next item in the list to complete. (Really not a problem, more of a want by my company)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fulcrum has expedited our quoting and estimating processes making our turn-around time quicker. It has also made it easier for the field technicians to see: notes, measurements, repair details. Along with making the job processes easier, it has made the majority of our work paperless.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Fulcrum support team is super quick with responses and very helpful answering your questions, so dont hesitate to contact them.

What do you like best about the product?
Su facilidad de uso y lo intuitivo que es para su manejo. Tambien su flexibilidad a la hora de realizar fichas de inspección y lo bien que funciona en el telefono movil, es una maravilla de aplicación y me facilita mucho el trabajo del dia a dia.

Que no tenga una función de reporte automatico de los registros con una buena presentación para exportara directamente a doc o pdf

Agiliza mucho el trabajo, al no tener que dedicar tiempo al procesado posterior de la información. Ademas, es un base de datos interactiva muy amigable, con muy buena presentación, intuitiva y de fácil manejo.

Que no se lo piensen, es la mejor herramienta existente para el inventariado digital de elementos, facilita enormemente el trabajo. No se arrepentirán

Worked great for creating a fire hydrant database

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy for me to create an app to document fire hydrants in our response area. With no prior experience I created an app to capture location, type and GPM flows for fire hydrants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once our database was complete we didn't need to be subscribed and data was lost. It would be nice if data could have been archived for future use so we could reactivate app when new subdivisions are built.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have all our fire hydrants geolocated and added to our county GIS maps. Soon we will use the data to add their locations to CAD so dispatch can advise of nearest hydrants instead of having to look for them on a map.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It worked well for us to create a database, but I saw the potential to use it for other applications.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to write reports on my mobile device is so convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike any of Fulcrum’s features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can view others reports to see what has been happening on site which helps me stay up to date. It is simple to use since it has entry fields that simply need to be filled.

What do you like best about the product?
We use fulcrum to control and report on all aspects of the running of our company. The recent addition for improving report format and now the ''what if - do that'' is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attachments are limited to photos and video only. I really need PDF files to be attached as well. Which would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used paper ''production cards'' on the factory floor which would, most of the time get blown away, dirty, lost etc. Now everything is on tablets and recorded. With Fulcrum you can easy add photos and record the inspections and the time and date of them. We can review the stage of production by looking on the computer from anywhere in the world rather than chasing around the production floor.
To be honest, I would be lost without Fulcrum.
Incoming material inspection, Final inspections, Packing Lists, Estimates, Project details, Machine servicing and repairs, Calibrations records, Paiting thickness inspections, Covod 19 health reports, Welding inspections, QC Inspections, Supplier payment records.... Fulcrum touchs every part of our business
