What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Creating forms on the go, and sharing it with users
What do you dislike about the product?
License is very expensive, and will be good if the price is reduced. Like come up with a plan in which you have more licenses, you pay less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use it for data collection, and main benefits are that its super easy to create a form and share it with your users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want an easy to use data collection tool, and have deep pockets, then Fulcrum is the best tool in the current catalog of collection tools available.

What do you like best about the product?
Fulcrum is easy to use and streamlines data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability of syncing one report and not the entire data base when in the field with limited cellular data coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilize Fulcrum for my electronic data collection needs. It helps expedite the data collection process and gives the user the ability to generate reports in a quick efficient manner. It also allows multiple users to review the data collected.

It's a great tool that enhance quality control and produces efficient results.

Nothing so bad that I disliked, Every thing is excellent

I have been using it to teach my students learn mobile data collection and how to handle that data. Fulcrum provides the academic rights for academicians.

Simply amazing experience to work with Fulcrum
It is very easy to use and get all the data you want for a moment.
What do you like best about the product?
It easily give me the figures of all the Sales Reps . I can monitor who is behind and who need help from the items seen in the orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot give a total per item . It gives total of all the items and not per one line.

It saves time to logistics when punching orders into another devise it is to refer to Fulcrum

Our big problem was data collection, our data is much complex and large but fulcrum handled it very well.
Fulcrum with GIS have too much benefits. This make your data accurate.

Very useful tool for data collection, also you can create non map data with fulcrum. Easy to use big things in small box.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop nature makes it really easy to use and customise. And for something a bit more complicated like a bit of coding the fulcrum team is great at providing solutions and recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could use a bit of an explanation. Recently I wasted a lot of effort when I included species common names as the value field in a choice list not realising that that meant when I downloaded my data, they would all appear as common names not the original scientific names.
I would also appreciate some fulcrum team members being available in my time zone here in Australia.

Massively reducing time spent on data entry and with it, human error. It means that I don't spend several days/weeks at work doing the data entry manually! Massive improvement

I use it for mapping issues and data collection out of the norm. Speed to the employees is awesome!

Make sure you think about all the data you want collected. It is easier to delete then go back a second time to collect.
