Great data collection solutions that fits a lot of our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of collecting data and creating reports
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for cloud storage to be more affordable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I originally looked to Fulcrum apps for our traffic sign inventory. However, after finding out what Fulcrum can do, I now use it for our Work Orders, Daily Reports, and even Drone Flight Logs.

Learning Process and Building A Partnership
What do you like best about the product?
Fulcrum is the best possible solution for our industry to date!
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration being out of our hands. Custom reports and some of the programming could be made available on the client side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Geospatial location of buildings. Reports being completed as data is gathered vs. matching everything up after data is gathered.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an amazing product. We have grown with it. We look forward to much more success for both parties!
Customizable Data Collection App
What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Fulcrum you can get rid of any of the distractions that occur when you are collecting data. A lot of the time prior data collection apps we have used have been very strict in the way the layout allows, or you have to pay a ridculous amount to go above just the standard formats. With Fulcrum you can customize to your liking and it really comes out looking more professional and intune with your goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say what I don't like with Fulcrum. They really take advantage of everything the consumer is looking for, while keeping it simple enough to teach it to multiple people, hassel free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this program for collecting stats for our team. We not only have a wide variety of categories and Fulcrum has helped us better manage the top things we need to better ourselves with!

Fulcrum is a great switch to make, it's affordable, and easy to manuever and learn quick!
Worth the cost for short-term projects
What do you like best about the product?
The top tier was affordable enough to get all the features I needed. Setting it up was pretty and fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recent 50% price jump was really jarring. I'm going to have to wrap it up soon which sucks because I really like it, the company, and the people I know who work there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I collect data on cemeteries which include field collecting and photographing headstones, entering owner information, burial information, and deed information. Having used CyberTracker in the past, I already had some idea how I wanted to set up the apps in Fulcrum. The outputs available have been great! Getting the data in a database or database-ready format are a big time-saver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a sunset on the project and a plan to move the data into a local database and file system. It's affordable enough to continue the expense during transition, but not ongoing for a small operation like mine. I wish it were.

the ease of custom data collection form creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
the lack of navigation features on the map interface is particularly annoying. the ability to know my current heading, current location coordinate (dd or utm) or to even navigate to a point would be very ideal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been a great step forward in efficient data capture, particularly in remote locations. The ease of use has enabled me to get field assistants up and running with minimal training. The best benefits are the ability to have not only control over how the data is collected, but to also have a backup that exists in an unaltered format. The fact that it can be rolled out on both IOS and Android devices makes in particularly appealing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the info is right at my finger tips. It is so user friendly and the staff help is quick and responsive. The filters on the Information really help me find anything I need very quickly. Building an app is as easy as sending an email!
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are a bit limited, wish I could create my own custom report and choose the info it generates

Organization! We have employees working in alot of different areas and getting there paper work is difficult to get submitted, now I just log onto my computer and it's right there.

It's great,
Easy to configure, Easy to deploy and very cost effective.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is simple to use, There is a huge array of third party API's available to enhance the Fulcrum experience and provide greater functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial concerns were for the lack of calculations allowed but this is improving all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used primarily as a field collection tool but we are beginning to look at it as possibly assisting us with workflow management.

If you're in the market for some electronic data capture software then why not give it a try - The friendly team at Fulcrum offer a one month free trial so it wont cost you a cent to give it a go.
Amazing app
What do you like best about the product?
It collects data from our technicians for every service order they perform. If there is an issue that they find (damages, afety issue, etc) their photos can be instantly uploaded and the record forwarded to the appropriate parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. There are always limitations to technology and the human factor (end users have to be able to use the technology correctly).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fulcrum provides rapid response to customer complaints regarding job performance, damages, evidence, and etc. We are able to quickly resolve claims.
Fulcrum Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to personalize the app with new information. Setup was extremely easy to do and new changes are easy to implement. Not to mention, the app itself is easy to use and pretty self explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that if you change the app template, you could lose information. I feel that if I add a section to the template, the information should auto populate into the blanks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Fulcrum to keep track of bank properties we inspect throughout the month. Being able to search for certain properties, pull up the photos and view the information in real time on our phones makes the app worth it's weight in gold. It makes my job so much easier . It allows me to capture the photos I need and the housing information needed on over 50 properties a month and transmit the information to the bank; without having to download info to a cd or send it online in 3 or 4 different batches. It's saved us money in the long run because we don't have to purchase the software to (cd's, cases, etc.)send it out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your company collects large amount of information, I would definitely look into Fulcrum. It's easy to set up and easy to use and collects a large amount of data for a small price tag.

What do you like best about the product?
The best from Fulcrum is customer support that is always quick respond and useful tips. We also like options for design app. It is firendrly user and we apreciate that all of our co-worker can use our designed application when needed. Also, extraction of data allow us to share simply our result with partners.

What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes need a lot of test and error to make some functions work. And all informations is not include in FAQ, or some rubric are missing details, but with customer support is always available so we work with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We upgrade security on the trail we are taking care of by collecting all flaws with photos, dates and details we can send to cities, which can repair. This help us in case of prosecution. All administrators in charge of security and quality on the trail really appreciate the report we gave them. We also made a lot of inventory for signalisation, fence and furniture, which help us count any replacement we need to do on our property.

We recommend Fulcrum for any need for data collection and in all areas of expertise.
