What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the dashboard to track audit and installs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have any issue.with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of work and being able to allow access for the customer directly

Getting to 5g would be nice.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to capture everything as you go. Upload pictures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing sometime did not work as anticipated

Collecting lots of data at water treatment plants. When it's time to review the data it's a streamline the process.

Really user friendly and flexible application

What do you like best about the product?
We use Fulcrum in a lot of construction projects. It is possible to configure several functionalities, workflows and for the end user the application is always very easy to use (anyone can use it!) and stable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We miss having a watermark on photos and also a more dynamic update of information (like deadline calculation and alerts).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is possible to use the application in remote regions, offline. The sync works well and it does not take very long. If we need to update an app, it's available to end users on the next sync.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the ready-made apps on Fulcrum and test them in the field to verify that they work very well.

Not suitable for anyone outside of USA

What do you like best about the product?
Easy (mostly) form design. App functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it is assumed everyone who uses Fulcrum is from the USA. No where does it specify the currency of the cost before subscription. Cost ended up being $68 Australian dollars. Again, they just assume America is at the centre of their universe. The customer service only operates during USA work hours and is unsuitable for Australians because of time differences. There are plenty of cheaper options with the same level of customer service and easy to use interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing paperwork and improved workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I personally would find another service if you have a small company. Fulcrum is suited to big companies that offer training for staff. Also not suitable for people overseas. Menu system is clunky and poor email customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
There app is very flexible and their team is always willing to help when we can not figure out things on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes phone updates can cause issues, but they've always been able to address these issues with updates soon after the fact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving field engineers countless hours of report making by having them be able to take pictures and generate reports with preformatted text at the customers' site. We are also able to now collect data from these reports automatically where before we had to manually extract data.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the import/export function's level of ease and success. The print function is excellent for sending data in a professional format for high-level presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The photo log has always been the least impressive aspect. Nothing is frustrating about it necessarily, but there is a lot of room for improvement. It would be great if we could reorganize or reorder files after uploading and upload multiple files at a time. It would also be helpful to have a zoom-in feature in the gallery view and an easy download option for multiple photos. I also think the print option could be more customizable. We've had to create report generator webpages for client data because the print function isn't customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management from traditionally hard copy, routine data collection. Also we're tackling multiple site projects that require photo, geolocating, and site specific info. Overall management and review of data collected has been a huge benefit. The filter functions and export function allows quick and easy review of the data we collect.

What do you like best about the product?
Fulcrum offers many features to benefit whatever project you may need it for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, fields do not show up automatically. You may have to refresh to show all fields. Depending on internet connection, this could get worse with lower signal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fulcrum is what we use for our 811 system and has been very successful. There have been a few minor issues but otherwise, it works great for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the application is the generation of applications with fields that makes it possible to collect information in real-time and that if it presents a fault, it is possible to correct it without the need to reset the application. And then create as many fields as necessary to make the form. The update is immediate, and you can take it wherever you want with your mobile and take the surveys as many times as you wish. It is only necessary to know what you want to do
What do you dislike about the product?
The logic necessary to make the fields is sometimes complex, depending on the objective of the survey and the information that needs to be collected. You can make changes quickly, but if you require a complex field, you must try several things until you get what you are looking for, or on the contrary, it will take some time. It only works with static databases, so someone must update the database so that the information is always correct
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can systematize a process that has lagged in time in terms of its way of elaboration so that you can save paper, time, and effort in the manual filling of forms. So the saving of resources is visible from the first moment. you can collect information in a fraction of the time that you do a manual form, which allows you to implement studies more efficiently or develop a more appropriate form of survey

Very useful tool for filed surveys

What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to create questionnaires, organize them, and make changes when it is necessary. And later, it is easy to download and analyze the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not find anything that I disliked, and anytime I have a question or a suggestion for changes, the team is there to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to gather lots of field data in more than 4000 different locations twice a year. Fulcrum makes it easier, faster, and safer to collect and store data.
There are 2 or 3 teams in different locations, but all the data collected is in the same database and can be analyzed as soon as team members synchronize.
Fulcrum saves a lot of time and, therefore, improves productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a valuable tool for surveys.
